Claims (6)
- 上部開口から下部開口へ燃焼排ガスが導通される熱交換器胴体の対向する二つの側壁相互間に、所定の間隙を存して縦向きで複数並設されるステンレス系金属製の伝熱フィンであって、
上下二段に複数並設される上下方向に長い略楕円形の伝熱管挿通孔と、
上段側の隣接する伝熱管挿通孔相互間に形成される上端切込部と、
下段側の隣接する伝熱管挿通孔相互間に形成される下端切込部とを有し、
上段側の伝熱管挿通孔と下段側の伝熱管挿通孔とは、それらの中心相互が左右方向に偏心した位置となるように配設されており、
上端切込部は、フィン上端部から上段側の伝熱管挿通孔の下端を超えて下段側の伝熱管挿通孔の上端近傍まで形成され、
下端切込部は、フィン下端部から下段側の伝熱管挿通孔の下端より上方まで形成され且つ両側縁相互間が下方に向かって拡幅するように形成された、熱交換器用の伝熱フィン。 - 請求項1に記載の熱交換器用の伝熱フィンにおいて、
上段側の伝熱管挿通孔の下方に形成されるバーリング孔を有し、バーリング孔の上端は、上端切込部の下縁よりも上方に位置し、
バーリング孔の下端は、下段側の伝熱管挿通孔の上端よりも下方に位置するように形成された、熱交換器用の伝熱フィン。 - 請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器用の伝熱フィンにおいて、
フィン上端部における上段側の伝熱管挿通孔の外周上方の端縁は、下端切込部の内側端縁と略同一形状を有する、熱交換器用の伝熱フィン。 - 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の熱交換器用の伝熱フィンにおいて、
上段側の伝熱管挿通孔の周縁に沿って形成される上段側支持フランジを有し、
上段側支持フランジは、上段側の伝熱管挿通孔の上端近傍に切欠部を有しており、
フィン上端部における上段側の伝熱管挿通孔の外周上方の端縁は、上段側支持フランジの切欠部の上方に凹部を有する、熱交換器用の伝熱フィン。 - 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の熱交換器用の伝熱フィンにおいて、
下段側の伝熱管挿通孔の周縁に沿って形成される下段側支持フランジを有し、
下段側支持フランジは、下段側の伝熱管挿通孔の上端近傍に切欠部を有しており、
上端切込部の下縁は、下段側支持フランジの切欠部の上方に凹部を有する、熱交換器用の伝熱フィン。 - 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の熱交換器用の伝熱フィンと、上下方向に長い断面略楕円形の伝熱管とを有する熱交換器であって、
伝熱管が、熱交換器胴体の対向する二つの側壁相互間に、伝熱フィンに対して直交する向きで各伝熱管挿通孔に貫挿させた状態で複数延設された、熱交換器。
