Description
高温ガスと、該高温ガスよりも低温の液体とを熱交換させることによって、前記液体を加熱する熱交換器において、
前記高温ガスが通過するガス通路の一部を形成する枠体と、
前記高温ガスが通過する隙間を空けた状態で前記枠体内に配列されて、前記高温ガスが通過する方向と、前記枠体内に配列される方向とに直交する方向を長手方向とする形状に形成された複数枚の伝熱板と、
前記複数枚の伝熱板を、前記伝熱板の長手方向に位置を異ならせた所定のN箇所(但しNは3以上の整数)で貫通して設けられると共に、前記伝熱板の隙間を流れる前記高温ガスとの間で熱交換する前記液体が内部を通過する中空パイプと
を備え、
前記中空パイプは、前記複数枚の伝熱板を貫通した後、前記伝熱板の長手方向に位置を異ならせて、且つ逆方向から再び前記複数枚の伝熱板を貫通することを繰り返すことによって、前記N箇所で前記複数枚の伝熱板を貫通する連続した中空パイプであり、
前記伝熱板には、前記N箇所で前記中空パイプが貫通することによって、隣り合う前記中空パイプに挟まれたN-1箇所のパイプ間部が形成されていると共に、
前記N-1箇所のパイプ間部の中から選択された一部の前記パイプ間部である選択パイプ間部には、前記高温ガスが流れ込む側の前記伝熱板の端部から前記選択パイプ間部までの範囲に、前記伝熱板の熱膨張を吸収する熱膨張吸収部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- 高温ガスと、該高温ガスよりも低温の液体とを熱交換させることによって、前記液体を加熱する熱交換器において、
前記高温ガスが通過するガス通路の一部を形成する枠体と、
前記高温ガスが通過する隙間を空けた状態で前記枠体内に配列されて、前記高温ガスが通過する方向と、前記枠体内に配列される方向とに直交する方向を長手方向とする形状に形成された複数枚の伝熱板と、
前記複数枚の伝熱板を、前記伝熱板の長手方向に位置を異ならせた所定のN箇所(但しNは3以上の整数)で貫通して設けられると共に、前記伝熱板の隙間を流れる前記高温ガスとの間で熱交換する前記液体が内部を通過する中空パイプと
を備え、
前記中空パイプは、前記複数枚の伝熱板を貫通した後、前記伝熱板の長手方向に位置を異ならせて、且つ逆方向から再び前記複数枚の伝熱板を貫通することを繰り返すことによって、前記N箇所で前記複数枚の伝熱板を貫通する連続した中空パイプであり、
前記伝熱板には、前記N箇所で前記中空パイプが貫通することによって、隣り合う前記中空パイプに挟まれたN-1箇所のパイプ間部が形成されていると共に、
前記N-1箇所のパイプ間部の中から選択された一部の前記パイプ間部である選択パイプ間部には、前記高温ガスが流れ込む側の前記伝熱板の端部から前記選択パイプ間部までの範囲に、前記伝熱板の熱膨張を吸収する熱膨張吸収部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1に記載の熱交換器において、
前記熱膨張吸収部は、前記高温ガスが流れ込む側の前記伝熱板の端部から前記選択パイプ間部までに亘って形成された切り込みである
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の熱交換器において、
前記伝熱板は、前記選択パイプ間部によって、前記中空パイプが貫通する複数の小領域に分けられており、
前記選択パイプ間部は、何れの前記小領域についても、前記小領域を貫通する前記中空パイプの数が3つ以下となる位置の前記パイプ間部が選択されている
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3の何れか一項に記載の熱交換器において、
前記伝熱板は、前記選択パイプ間部によって、前記中空パイプが貫通する複数の小領域に分けられており、
前記選択パイプ間部は、前記複数の小領域間で、前記小領域を貫通する前記中空パイプの数の差が1以下となる位置の前記パイプ間部が選択されている
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4の何れか一項に記載の熱交換器において、
前記選択パイプ間部は、前記N-1箇所の前記パイプ間部の中で左右対称の位置にある前記パイプ間部が選択されている
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1ないし請求項5の何れか一項に記載の熱交換器において、
前記伝熱板には、前記N箇所で前記中空パイプが貫通すると共に、前記高温ガスが流れる方向に向かって下流側の位置でも、複数箇所で前記中空パイプが貫通しており、
前記選択パイプ間部は、上流側の前記N箇所に貫通する前記中空パイプに挟まれた前記N-1箇所の前記パイプ間部の中から選択されている
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。
