Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の一実施形態について図に基づいて説明する。まず、本実施形態における熱交換器を備えた温水装置の構成について図1〜図3を用いて説明する。
図6を参照して、本実施形態の熱交換器(一次熱交換器11)は、スリット132aが切欠部134を有している点で、実施形態1とは異なる。これ以外の点は実施形態1と同様であるため、重複する説明は省略する。
Claims (7)
- 内部に加熱用気体を流すケースと、
前記ケースの内部に配置された、複数の挿通孔を有するフィンと、
前記複数の挿通孔に挿通され、湯水を流す伝熱管と、を備え、
前記複数の挿通孔は、前記加熱用気体の流れ方向において、前記加熱用気体の流入側に最も近接する側に配置された、互いに隣り合う第1挿通孔および第2挿通孔を含み、
前記フィンは、前記第1挿通孔と前記第2挿通孔との間において、前記加熱用気体の流入側の端縁から、前記第1挿通孔の中心と前記第2挿通孔の中心とを結ぶ基準線に対して前記加熱用気体の流入側から遠い側まで切り込まれたスリットを有し、
前記フィンは、前記スリットと、前記第1挿通孔および前記第2挿通孔との間に、少なくとも1つの開口部を有し、
前記開口部は、前記基準線に対して前記加熱用気体の流入側から遠い側に位置する部分を有する第1開口部を含む、熱交換器。 - 前記加熱用気体の流出側において前記ケースを覆い、かつ、前記加熱用気体の流出口を有する排気集合筒をさらに備え、
前記スリットは、前記加熱用気体の流れ方向において、前記流出口の開口部分と重なる範囲内にあり、前記第1挿通孔および前記第2挿通孔の少なくともいずれかの方向に向かって切り欠かれた切欠部を有し、
前記切欠部は、前記基準線に対して前記加熱用気体の流入側から遠い側に位置する部分を有する、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第1挿通孔は、前記加熱用気体の流れ方向において、前記加熱用気体の流入側に最も近接する側に配置された前記複数の挿通孔のうち、前記伝熱管の湯水の流れ方向における最も下流側に配置された挿通孔であり、前記第1挿通孔および前記第2挿通孔の少なくともいずれかの方向に向かって切り欠かれた切欠部を有し、
前記切欠部は、前記基準線に対して前記加熱用気体の流入側から遠い側に位置する部分を有する、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記フィンは、前記加熱用気体の流入側の端縁において前記スリット以外の他のスリットを有し、前記他のスリットは切欠部を有していない、請求項2または3に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記開口部は、前記基準線よりも前記加熱用気体の流入側に近い側に位置する第2開口部をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1開口部の開口面積は、前記第2開口部の開口面積よりも大きい、請求項5に記載の熱交換器。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器と、前記加熱用気体を発生させるバーナと、を備える温水装置。
