Abstract
【解決手段】液体循環装置は、容器内の液体を排出する排出口と、容器内に液体を流入させる流入口とを含む第1タンク(供給側インク室)と、第1タンクから排出された液体が流入する流入口と、第1タンクへ液体を排出する排出口とを含む第2タンク(回収側インク室)と、第2タンクから第1タンクへ液体を送る圧電ポンプとを含む。そして、液体循環装置は、圧電ポンプの圧電素子の分極が強まる方向に印加される電圧特性を分極が強まる方向と反対方向に印加される電圧特性よりも高くなるように制御する制御部とを有している。

Claims (6)
- 容器内の液体を排出する排出口と、前記容器内に液体を流入させる流入口とを含む第1タンクと、
前記第1タンクから排出された液体が流入する流入口と、前記第1タンクへ液体を排出する排出口とを含む第2タンクと、
前記第2タンクから前記第1タンクへ前記液体を送る圧電ポンプと、
前記圧電ポンプの圧電素子の分極が強まる方向に印加される電圧特性を前記分極が強まる方向と反対方向に印加される電圧特性よりも高くなるように制御する制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする液体循環装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記圧電ポンプの圧電素子の前記分極が強まる方向に印加される電圧特性と、前記分極が強まる方向と反対方向に印加される電圧特性とを前記液体の温度に応じて制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体循環装置。
- 容器内の液体を排出する排出口と、前記容器内に液体を流入させる流入口とを含む第1タンクと、
前記第1タンクから排出された液体が流入する流入口と、前記第1タンクへ液体を排出する排出口とを含む第2タンクと、
前記第2タンクから前記第1タンクへ液体を送る圧電ポンプと、
前記第1タンクと前記第2タンクとを連結する流路の途中に配置され前記液体を吐出するインクジェットヘッドと、
前記圧電ポンプの圧電素子の分極が強まる方向に印加される電圧特性を前記分極が強まる方向と反対方向に印加される電圧特性よりも高くなるように制御する制御部と、
を備えること特徴とするインクジェットヘッド用液体循環装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記圧電ポンプの圧電素子の前記分極が強まる方向に印加される電圧特性と、前記分極が強まる方向と反対方向に印加される電圧特性とを、前記液体の温度に応じて制御することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のインクジェットヘッド用液体循環装置。
- 前記第1タンクまたは前記第2タンクの少なくとも1つにヒータをさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のインクジェットヘッド用液体循環装置。
- 前記第1タンクと前記第2タンクとを連結する流路の一部に温度センサをさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項3乃至4のいずれか一つに記載のインクジェットヘッド用液体循環装置。
