Abstract
【解決手段】a.1.0デニールであるシリコーン処理されたマイクロデニール・ポリエステル繊維又は1.0デニールよりも小さいシリコーン処理されたマイクロデニール・ポリエステル繊維及びb.1.0デニールよりも大きいシリコーン処理されていないマクロデニール繊維を含んだヤーンであって、ヤーンのシリコーン処理されたマイクロデニール・ポリエステル繊維とシリコーン処理されていないマクロデニール繊維とのブレンド比(重量比)が10:90〜90:10となっており、前記ヤーンが梳毛糸又は紡績糸であるヤーン及び該ヤーンを含んで成る、織られた又は編まれた布帛および衣類製品。

Description
従来の既知のヤーンと共通する事項には、例えば、以下のものが含まれる:
(1)撚り合わされた繊維(紡績糸)の数(例えばステープル);
(2)撚りの無い状態で集められたフィラメントの数(無撚ヤーン);
(3)ある程度撚られた状態で集められたフィラメントの数。
本発明のヤーンは、従来技術の手法によって製造することができる。本発明のヤーンは、天然繊維、合成繊維またはそれらの組合せ等の素材・材料を紡ぐことによって製造できる(尚、そのような素材に対して、シリコーン処理されたマイクロデニール繊維が加えられることに留意されたい)。ヤーンは、オープンエンド紡績またはドラフト紡績によって製造できる。ヤーンは、最終製品に必要なヤーンの番手に応じて、羊毛系または梳毛系であってよい。図1は、本発明の原理が組み込まれているヤーンの側方斜視図である。本発明のヤーンは、同じ材料から成る同じ種類の別のヤーンと撚られたり又は撚糸されたりしてよく、あるいは、異なる材料から成る異なる種類の別のヤーンと撚られたり又は撚糸されたりしてもよい。

Claims (17)
- シリコーン処理されたマイクロデニール・ポリエステル繊維およびマクロデニール繊維を含んで成るヤーンであって、
ヤーンのシリコーン処理されたマイクロデニール・ポリエステル繊維とマクロデニール繊維とのブレンド比(重量基準)が約10:約90〜約90:約10となっている、ヤーン。 - シリコーン処理されたマイクロデニール・ポリエステル繊維がポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維である、請求項1に記載のヤーン。
- マクロデニール繊維が、合成繊維、天然繊維、および、合成繊維と天然繊維との組合せから成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載のヤーン。
- 合成繊維が、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、アクリル、アセテート、ナイロン、ポリオレフィンおよびそれらの組合せから成る群から選択される、請求項3に記載のヤーン。
- 天然繊維が、ウール、コットン、シルクおよび亜麻繊維から成る群から選択される、請求項3に記載のヤーン。
- マイクロデニール・ポリエステル繊維が、約0.5〜約1.0デニールであって、約1〜約4インチの長さを有しており、
マクロデニール繊維が約1.2〜約6デニールであり、また
ヤーンのシリコーン処理されたマイクロデニール・ポリエステル繊維とマクロデニール繊維とのブレンド比(重量基準)が約30:約70〜約70:約30となっている、請求項1に記載のヤーン。 - マイクロデニール・ポリエステル繊維が約0.7〜約0.9デニールであって、約2〜約3インチの長さを有しており、
マクロデニール繊維が約1.2〜約4.5デニールであり、また
ヤーンのシリコーン処理されたマイクロデニール・ポリエステル繊維とマクロデニール繊維とのブレンド比(重量基準)は、約40:約60〜約60:約40である、請求項1に記載のヤーン。 - 請求項1、3、6又は7のいずれかに記載のヤーンを含んで成る、織られた又は編まれた布帛。
- 少なくとも1つの他のヤーンを更に含んで成る、請求項8に記載の布帛。
- バランスのとれた織り又は編みを有する、請求項9に記載の布帛。
- アンバランスな織り又は編みを有する、請求項9に記載の布帛。
- 請求項1、3、6又は7のいずれかに記載のヤーンを有して成る衣類の織物製品又は編物製品。
- 少なくとも1つの他のヤーンを更に含んで成る、請求項12に記載の衣類の織物製品又は編物製品。
- バランスのとれた織り又は編みを有する、請求項13に記載の衣類の織物製品又は編物製品。
- アンバランスな織り又は編みを有する、請求項13に記載の衣類の織物製品又は編物製品。
- 衣類の織物製品又は編物製品がソックス又はセーターである、請求項12に記載の衣類の織物製品又は編物製品。
