図1−図3に示すように、本発明の一実施形態により提供されるグラフェン複合繊維は、グラフェンシートと、グラフェンシートを共に集めるためのポリマーとを含む。グラフェンシート及びポリマーは、層状構造を形成するように密に積み重ねられ、グラフェンシートは、繊維の軸方向に沿って規則的に配置される。ポリマーは、超分岐(ハイパーブランチ)ポリマー及びポリビニルアルコールの何れか又は双方を含む。このグラフェン複合繊維は、5−5000μmの直径を有する黒色繊維である。
本発明のこの実施形態は、以下のステップを含む導電性グラフェン複合繊維の製造方法を提供する。

- グラフェン複合繊維であって、グラフェンシートと、前記グラフェンシートを共に集めるためのポリマーとを有し、前記ポリマーは、超分岐ポリマー及びポリビニルアルコールの何れか又は双方を有し、前記グラフェンシート及び前記ポリマーは、層状構造を形成するようにインターリーブされて積み重ねられ、前記グラフェンシートは、当該グラフェン複合繊維の軸方向に沿って規則的に配置される、グラフェン複合繊維。
- 前記超分岐ポリマーは、超分岐ポリエステル、超分岐ポリアミド、及び超分岐ポリグリシジルエーテルのうちの1つ以上を有する、請求項1に記載の導電性グラフェン複合繊維。
- 前記ポリマーは、超分岐ポリエステル、超分岐ポリアミド、超分岐ポリグリシジルエーテル、及びポリビニルアルコールのうちの1つ又は2つを有する、請求項1に記載の導電性グラフェン複合繊維。
- 当該グラフェン複合繊維は5μmから5000μmの直径を有する、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の導電性グラフェン複合繊維。
- 導電性グラフェン複合繊維の製造方法であって、
ステップ1:反応器に1重量部の酸化グラフェン、50−2000重量部の溶媒、及び0.1−100重量部のポリマーを加えてかき混ぜ、前記ポリマーとグラフェンとのナノ複合材料紡糸懸濁液を得るステップであり、前記ポリマーは超分岐ポリマー及びポリビニルアルコールの何れか又は双方を有するステップと、
ステップ2:前記紡糸懸濁液を、5−5000μmの直径を有する紡糸ノズルを通して、1−100mL/hの速さで押し出し、回転された凝固剤内に1−3600秒だけ前記紡糸懸濁液を保持して、前記紡糸懸濁液を繊維へと凝固させるステップと、
ステップ3:凝固した繊維生成物を洗浄し、前記凝固した繊維生成物を真空内で乾燥させ、その後、還元を行って前記グラフェン複合繊維を得るステップと

- ステップ3での還元方法は熱還元又は化学的還元を有し、前記化学的還元に使用される還元剤は、ヒドラジン水和物、ビタミンC、リジン、水酸化カリウム、水酸化ナトリウム、ヨウ化水素酸、及び酢酸のうちの1つ以上を有する、請求項6に記載の導電性グラフェン複合繊維の製造方法。
- ステップ2での前記紡糸ノズルは紡糸キャピラリを有する、請求項5乃至9の何れか一項に記載の導電性グラフェン複合繊維の製造方法。
