Claims (5)
- アクチュエータ構成ユニット(63)と、ヘッドプレート(65)と、ボトムプレート(67)とを備えた固体アクチュエータ(7)を製造する方法において、
マルエージング鋼から成る中空円筒部材を用意し、
該中空円筒部材を、マルエージング鋼がオーステナイト状態となる設定された第1の温度(T1)に加熱し、
マルエージング鋼がオーステナイト状態にある間、変形加工プロセスによって中空円筒部材から波形管(69)を成形し、
該波形管(69)を冷却して、マルエージング鋼をマルテンサイト状態にし、
アクチュエータ構成ユニット(63)を波形管(69)内に挿入し、
アクチュエータ構成ユニット(63)が、設定された予荷重力を伴ってヘッドプレート(65)とボトムプレート(67)との間に緊締されているように、ヘッドプレート(65)とボトムプレート(67)とを波形管(69)に位置固定する
ことを特徴とする、固体アクチュエータを製造する方法。 - 第1の温度(T1)が、700℃〜950℃の範囲内にある、請求項1記載の方法。
- 変形加工プロセス後、まず、設定された条件が満たされるまで、波形管(69)を冷却し、次いで、該波形管(69)を再び加熱して、設定された期間(TD)、設定された温度範囲内で時効処理する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 時効処理のための設定された温度範囲が、400℃〜500℃である、請求項3記載の方法。
- 変形加工プロセスが、中空円筒部材を型部材内に挿入することと、中空円筒部材の空いた内室に、設定されたガス圧を加えることとを含む、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
