再分離によって得られた純粋なイソブテンのオリゴマー化、又はブタジエンを含まないのラフィネートIの処理のいずれかによって製造されたジ−イソブテンは、引き続いて、ヒドロホルミル化反応又はオキソ反応を介して、炭素原子をさらに1個多く有するC9−誘導体に転化される。ジ−イソブテンは、主として、オクテンである2,4,4−トリメチル−1−ペンテン及び2,4,4−トリメチル−2−ペンテンを含有するため、ヒドロホルミル化反応により、C9−アルデヒドである3,5,5−トリメチルヘキサナールが主成分としてもたらされる。さらに、C9−異性体には、少量の3,4,4−及び3,4,5−トリメチルヘキサナール並びに2,5,5−トリメチルヘキサナール、4,5,5−トリメチルヘキサナール及び6,6−ジメチルヘプタナールが存在する。

(b)工程a)によって得られたオクテンを、元素の周期表の第VIII族の遷移金属化合物の存在下で、一酸化炭素及び水素と反応させてイソノナナールとする工程;及び
(c)工程b)によって得られたイソノナナールをイソノニルアミンに転化する工程、

(a)2−エチルヘキサノールを触媒の存在下でオクテンに脱水する工程;
(b)工程a)によって得られたオクテンを、元素の周期表の第VIII族の遷移金属化合物の存在下で、一酸化炭素及び水素と反応させてイソノナナールとする工程;及び
(c)工程b)によって得られたイソノナナールをイソノニルアミンに転化する工程、
によって得られる、イソノニルアミンを提供する。
脱水するために、加熱区域が1.1メートル超に及ぶ長さ1.3メートル及び直径0.03メートルを有する石英管を使用した。該石英管に、BASF SE社の、3×3ミリメートルの大きさの錠剤の形態の酸触媒AI 3996を25ml仕込んだ。死容積はガラス環で満たした。
2−エチルヘキサノールに溶解したロジウム−2−エチルヘキサノーエートの溶液の形態のロジウムのオクテンの投入量に基づく5ppmの存在下に、140℃の温度及び19MPaの合成ガス圧で、3時間の期間にわたり、工程Iによって得られた粗製のオクテンをヒドロホルミル化した。合成ガスのモル組成は、1モルの一酸化炭素に対し1モルの水素であった。得られた粗製ヒドロホルミル化生成物は、ガスクロマトグラフィーで測定した以下の組成を有していた(DIN 51405に準拠、単位はFl.−%)。
Johnson Mattheyから市場で入手可能なニッケル触媒Ni 55/5を反応出発材料に基づく6重量%の量で一緒に使用して、工程IIaによって得られ、そして精製されたイソノナナールをオートクレーブ中に投入し、10MPaの水素圧及び100〜130℃の温度で2時間にわたりイソノナナール水素化した。
Johnson Mattheyから市場で入手可能なニッケル触媒Ni 52/35を反応出発材料に基づく10重量%の量で一緒に使用して、工程IIIによって得られたイソノナノールをオートクレーブ中に投入した。引き続いて、1.5MPaの水素圧に調整し、そして、イソノナノールに基づいて、8:1のモル比でアンモニアを計量添加した。
Johnson Mattheyから市場で入手可能なニッケル触媒Ni 52/35を反応出発材料に基づく5重量%の量で一緒に使用して、工程IIaによって得られ、そして精製されたイソノナナールをオートクレーブ中に投入し、そして、10.2MPaの水素圧及び120℃の温度で、イソノナナール1モル当たり10モルのアンモニアの存在下で、4時間の期間にわたりアミノ化によって水素化した。
シッフ塩基を製造するために、工程Vによって得られたイソノニルアミンを、反応容器に投入し、そして、工程IIaによって得られかつ精製されたイソノナナールと一緒に、1モルのイソノニルアミン:1.1モルのイソノナナールのモル比になるまで、滴下添加して使用した。室温での3時間半の反応時間後、反応混合物を相分離器に投入し、該分離器において、形成した反応水を有機相から分離した。Johnson Mattheyから市場で入手可能なニッケル触媒Ni 52/35を反応出発材料に基づく5重量%の量で一緒に使用して、有機相に含有されるシッフ塩基をオートクレーブ中に投入し、そして、10MPaの水素圧及び120℃の温度で、6時間の期間にわたり水素化した。触媒のろ別後に得られた粗生成物は、ガスクロマトグラフィーで測定した以下の組成を有していた(DIN 51405に準拠、単位はFl.−%)。
Johnson Mattheyから市場で入手可能なニッケル触媒Ni 55/5を反応出発材料に基づく5重量%の量で一緒に使用して、撹拌機を備えた容器中に工程IIIによって得られたイソノナノールを投入した。引き続いて、1時間当たり5スタンダードリットル(Normliter)の標準圧力の水素を反応溶液に通しながら、そしてそれと並行して、イソノナノール1モル当たり0.9モルのアンモニアの量でアンモニアを、3時間の期間にわたり計量添加した。生成した反応水を、共沸によって除去した。3時間後に反応を終了させて、触媒をろ別した。得られた粗生成物は、ガスクロマトグラフィーで測定した以下の組成を有していた(DIN 51405に準拠、単位はFl.−%)。
Claims (16)
- (a)2−エチルヘキサノールを触媒の存在下でオクテンに脱水する工程;
(b)工程a)によって得られたオクテンを、元素の周期表の第VIII族の遷移金属化合物の存在下で、一酸化炭素及び水素と反応させてイソノナナールとする工程;及び
(c)工程b)によって得られたイソノナナールをイソノニルアミンに転化する工程、
を特徴とする、2−エチルヘキサノール由来のイソノニルアミンを製造する方法。 - 前記工程a)において、酸化アルミニウム、酸化アルミニウム上に堆積させたニッケル、又は二酸化ケイ素もしくは酸化アルミニウム上に堆積させたリン酸が触媒として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程a)において、2−エチルヘキサノールが気相で脱水されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記工程b)において、元素の周期表の第VIII族の遷移金属化合物として、コバルト化合物又はロジウム化合物が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記工程b)の反応が、錯体を形成する有機元素化合物の不存在下で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記工程b)によって得られたイソノナナールを蒸留することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記工程c)において、工程b)によって得られたイソノナナールを、アミノ化触媒の存在下で、アンモニア、第一級アミン又は第二級アミン及び水により、イソノニルアミンに転化することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 工程c)において、工程b)によって得られたイソノナナールを、水素化触媒の存在下で水素によりイソノナノールに水素化し、そして引き続きアンモニア、第一級アミン又は第二級アミン及び水により、アミノ化触媒の存在下でイソノニルアミンに転化することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- アミノ化触媒として、ニッケル触媒又はコバルト触媒が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- (a)2−エチルヘキサノールを触媒の存在下でオクテンに脱水する工程;
(b)工程a)によって得られたオクテンを、元素の周期表の第VIII族の遷移金属化合物の存在下で、一酸化炭素及び水素と反応させてイソノナナールとする工程;及び
(c)工程b)によって得られたイソノナナールをイソノニルアミンに転化する工程、
によって得られる、イソノニルアミン。 - 滑剤中の腐食防止剤としての、請求項1〜9に記載のイソノニルアミンの使用。
- ゴム調合物中の助剤としての、請求項1〜9に記載のイソノニルアミンの使用。
- 加硫促進剤としての、請求項1〜9に記載のイソノニルアミンの使用。
- 高められた圧力下で運転される機械的装置の耐摩耗性を改善するための滑剤における添加剤としての、請求項1〜9に記載のイソノニルアミンの使用。
- 請求項1〜9に記載のイソノニルアミンが、それのジチオカルバメート又は対応する塩の形態で使用されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の使用。
- 請求項1〜9に記載のイソノニルアミンが、それのジチオカルバミン酸モリブデン、ジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛、又はジチオカルバミン酸ナトリウムの形態で使用されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の使用。
