Abstract
Description
モノマーベースの縮合生成物であって、モノマーが
I)アルデヒド残基を有する少なくとも1のモノマー、及び
II)少なくとも1の非芳香族残基を有するケトン残基を有する少なくとも1のモノマー、さらに
III)没食子酸
を含み、前記縮合生成物が、ホスホノ、スルフィノ、スルホ、スルファミド、スルホキシ、スルホアルキルオキシ、スルフィノアルキルオキシ及びホスホノオキシ基及び/又はその塩の系列からの少なくとも1の残基を含む、モノマーベースの縮合生成物の手段によって解決された。
モノマーI) 25〜74mol%、
モノマーII) 25〜74mol%、及び
モノマーIII) 0.01〜30mol%、好ましくは1〜25mol%、特に好ましくは5〜20mol%。
本発明の縮合生成物 10質量%〜99質量%、及び
次の系列からの少なくとも1の化合物 1質量%〜90質量%
ポリカルボキシラートエーテル、リグノスルホナート、メラミン−ホルムアルデヒドスルホナート、ナフタレン−ホルムアルデヒドスルホナート、ポリアリールエーテル、リン化ポリアルコキシラート、β−ナフタレンスルホナート−ホルムアルデヒド縮合物、メラミン縮合物、スルファニル酸−フェノール樹脂、硝酸カルシウム、結晶ケイ酸カルシウム水和物、ホスファート、グルコナート、スクロース、デンプン加水分解産物、トリエタノールアミン、トリイソプロパノールアミン、ジエタノールイソプロパノールアミン、エタノールジイソプロパノールアミン、ポリ(ヒドロキシアルキル化)ポリエチレンアミン、N,N−ビス(2−ヒドロキシプロピル)−N−(ヒドロキシエチル)アミン、1−(N,N−ビス(2−ヒドロキシエチル)アミノ)プロパン−2−オール、N,N,N’,N’−テトラ(2−ヒドロキシエチル)エチレンジアミン、メチルジエタノールアミン、モノエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン、モノイソプロパノールアミン、ジイソプロパノールアミン及び消泡剤
を含む組成物を提供する。
ポリマー合成
一般的手順
水40gを初期装入する。次いで、相応する量のコモノマーを添加する。pHを10に調節する。亜硫酸ナトリウムを反応溶液に溶解させ、ケトンを滴下し、この混合物をよく撹拌する。この手順の間に、温度は30〜32℃に上昇する。溶液を56℃に加熱する。
ペースト試験により粘土相容性を実証する。
ミニモルタル試験を次のように実施した。
セメント及び砂を、金属ビーカーに導入し、一緒に撹拌する。可塑剤を水に溶かし、セメント混合物に添加する。懸濁液を30秒間セッティング1で混合する。次いで60秒間以上セッティング2で混合する。20秒間の待機時間のあと、さらなる90秒間セッティング1で混合する。混合物を、下部直径40mmを有するミニコーンに導入する。コーンを持ち上げたあと、スランプフローを測定する。
Claims (15)
- モノマーベースの縮合生成物であって、モノマーが
I)アルデヒド残基を有する少なくとも1のモノマー、及び
II)少なくとも1の非芳香族残基を有するケトン残基を有する少なくとも1のモノマー、さらに
III)没食子酸
を含み、前記縮合生成物が、ホスホノ、スルフィノ、スルホ、スルファミド、スルホキシ、スルホアルキルオキシ、スルフィノアルキルオキシ及びホスホノオキシ基及び/又はその塩の系列からの少なくとも1の残基を含む、モノマーベースの縮合生成物。 - 縮合生成物がさらに、アミノベンゼンスルホン酸、アニリン、アンモニオ安息香酸、ジアルコキシベンゼンスルホン酸、ジアルコキシ安息香酸、ピリジン、ピリジンモノスルホン酸、ピリジンジスルホン酸、ピリジンカルボン酸及びピリジンジカルボン酸の系列からの少なくとも1の芳香族モノマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の縮合生成物。
- 少なくとも1の鉄塩を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の縮合生成物。
- 鉄塩が硫酸鉄(II)及び/又は硫酸鉄(III)であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の縮合生成物。
- モノマーが、
モノマーI) 25〜74mol%、
モノマーII) 25〜74mol%、及び
モノマーIII) 0.01〜30mol%
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の縮合生成物。 - モノマーI)が、パラホルムアルデヒド、ホルムアルデヒド、アセトアルデヒド、ブチルアルデヒド、グリオキサール、グルタルアルデヒド、ベンズアルデヒド、ナフチルアルデヒド又はナフチルスルホンアルデヒド、3−メトキシプロピオンアルデヒド、アセトアルドール、アクロレイン、クロトンアルデヒド、フルフロール、4−メトキシフルフロール、プロパギルアルデヒド、グリオキシル酸、カルボキシプロパナール、カルボキシブタナール、カルボキシペンタナール、グルコース、スクロース、シンナムアルデヒド、リグニン及びリグノスルホナートの系列からの少なくとも1のアルデヒドを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の縮合生成物。
- モノマーII)は、メチルエチルケトン、アセトン、ジアセトンアルコール、エチルアセトアセタート、レブリン酸、メチルビニルケトン、メシチルオキシド、2,6−ジメチル−2,5−ヘプタジエン−4−オン、アセトフェノン、4−メトキシアセトフェノン、4−アセチルベンゼンスルホン酸、ジアセチル、アセチルアセトン、ベンゾイルアセトン及びシクロヘキサノンの系列からの少なくとも1のケトンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の縮合生成物。
- 分子量1000〜30000g/molを有し、分子量はゲル浸透クロマトグラフィにより測定され、ポリエチレングリコール標準に対して較正されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の縮合生成物。
- モノマーをpH8〜14で反応させることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載の縮合生成物の製造方法。
- 反応を水中で又は水と極性有機溶媒との混合物中で実施することを特徴とする請求項9記載の縮合生成物の製造方法。
- 無機バインダーを含む建材組成物のための添加剤としての請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載の縮合生成物の使用。
- 建材組成物の全無機固形物含分に対して0.002質量%〜2質量%の縮合生成物を使用することを特徴とする請求項11記載の使用。
- 建材組成物が0.1質量%〜20質量%のスメクタイトを含むことを特徴とする請求項11又は12記載の縮合生成物の使用。
- バインダーが、ポルトランドセメント、石灰、石膏、硫酸カルシウム半水和物、硫酸カルシウム無水物、フライアッシュ、高炉スラグ、ポゾラン及びバーントオイルシェールの系列からの少なくとも1のものであることを特徴とする請求項11から13のいずれか1項記載の縮合生成物の使用。
- 乾燥材料に対して、
請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載の縮合生成物10質量%〜99質量%、及び
次の系列からの少なくとも1の化合物1質量%〜90質量%
