Abstract
本发明涉及一种基于单体的缩合产物,其中所述单体包含至少一种含有醛部分的单体;和至少一种具有酮部分的单体,其具有至少一个非芳族部分;且所述的缩合产物包含至少一个选自膦酰基、亚磺基、磺基、磺氨基、磺酰氧基、磺基烷氧基、亚磺基烷氧基和膦酰氧基的部分和/或其盐,其中单体还包含没食子酸。还公开了这些缩合产物的制备方法和在用于建筑行业的化学产品中的用途。
Description
本发明涉及基于单体的缩合产物,所述单体包含醛、具有至少一个非芳族部分的酮以及没食子酸(gallicacid),且所述缩合产物包含至少一个选自膦酰基(phosphono)、亚磺基(sulphino)、磺基(sulpho)、磺氨基(sulphamido)、磺酰氧基(sulphoxy)、磺基烷氧基(sulphoalkyloxy)、亚磺基烷氧基(sulphinoalkyloxy)和膦酰氧基(phosphonooxy)的部分和/或其盐。此外公开了这些缩合产物的制备方法及在用于建筑行业的化学产品中的用途。
DE-B2341923已公开了环烷酮和甲醛的易溶于水的缩合产物,其利用亚硫酸钠作为引入酸基的化合物。然而,这些缩合产物的缺点是其热稳定性较低。因此,例如,即使在温和条件下(约50℃),当浓缩环烷酮-甲醛的缩合产物的溶液时,也会产生呈粉末状的基本不溶于水的化合物。其他基于脲的磺酸改性的甲醛缩合产物也会,例如,在约为水的沸点的温度下经历分解。在出现于例如石油行业深井中的一类高温下,这些缩合产物不能使用。
在亚硫酸钠的存在下缩合含有无环脂族部分、芳脂族部分和/或芳族部分的对称或非对称酮与醛在DE3144673中是已知的。在缩合的最后阶段,其会产生包含亚硫酸基的水溶性树脂。作为碱性催化剂又作为引入酸基的化合物的亚硫酸钠的使用使得能形成适合例如作为无机粘合剂的添加剂以提高其性能的水溶性缩合产物,这些产物即使在高温下也是稳定的。
然而,所述缩合产物的缺点为其作为用于建筑行业(例如砂浆或混凝土)的化学产品的添加剂时具有深红色,这会导致固化产物的表面明显变红。而且,这些缩合产物作为包含无机粘合剂的建筑化学品混合物的分散剂的效率并不令人满意。
目前,大量用作用于无机粘合剂体系的分散剂的是聚羧酸醚,因为其具有非常好的增塑性且能长时间的有效保持流动性(坍落度保持)。然而,聚羧酸醚的缺点是对粘土特别是绿石(smectite)高度敏感,且即使在低水平的粘土下也会全部失效。在这些无机粘合剂体系中,粘土可例如通过骨料或通过石灰岩引入,且这在许多国家由于所用的原料含有天然粘土而成为主要问题。还已知β-萘磺酸盐-甲醛缩合物(BNS)具有可接受的粘土相容性,但是其缺点是其在低的水/水泥比例(<0.35)下具有较低的坍落度保持和差的有效性。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供在用于建筑行业的化学产品中作为添加剂的产品,所述产品不会引起变色。此外,所述产品应当是热稳定性的且即使在高温下也适合例如作为用于增强水性无机体系特性的添加剂。更具体而言,例如应进一步提高现有技术中已知作为无机粘合剂用分散剂的产品的已有良好特性。本发明的另一个目的是提供一种用于建筑行业的含无机粘合剂的化学产品的添加剂,其对粘土特别是绿石具有高度相容性。
所述目的通过一种基于单体的缩合产物实现,其中单体包括
Ⅰ)至少一种含有醛部分的单体以及
Ⅱ)至少一种含有酮部分的单体,其具有至少一个非芳族部分,
且缩合产物包含至少一个选自膦酰基、亚磺基、磺基、磺氨基、磺酰氧基、磺基烷氧基、亚磺基烷氧基和膦酰氧基的部分和/或其盐。
其中单体还包括
Ⅲ)没食子酸。
作为用于建筑行业的含无机粘合剂的化学产品的添加剂,出人意料的是,本发明的缩合产物不会导致固化产物的表面产生任何变色。也令人惊讶的是,可进一步提高现有技术中已知例如作为含无机粘合剂体系用分散剂的缩合产物的已有良好特性。特别是,本发明的缩合产物对粘土具有高度耐受性。缩合产物也具有高度热稳定性。其通常在直至至少300℃的温度下是稳定的。即使在水的存在下也保持这种热稳定性。
更特别优选的缩合产物还包含至少一种选自氨基苯磺酸、磺胺酸、苯胺、氨基苯甲酸、二烷氧基苯磺酸、二烷氧基苯甲酸、吡啶、吡啶单磺酸、吡啶二磺酸、吡啶羧酸和吡啶二羧酸的芳族单体。在本文中特别优选的是氨基苯磺酸。
关于至少一个选自膦酰基、亚磺基、磺基、磺氨基、磺酰氧基、磺基烷氧基、亚磺基烷氧基和膦酰氧基的部分和/或其盐,这些基团也可通过氮或氧或通过-N-亚烷基或-O-亚烷基桥而键合,且在这种情况下,这些基团例如为磺氨基、磺酰氧基、磺基烷氧基、亚磺基烷氧基和膦酰氧基。在这些部分中的烷基基团优选含有1至5个碳原子且更特别是甲基和乙基。优选膦酰基、亚磺基以及更特别是磺基。
在一个优选的实施方案中,缩合产物包含至少一种铁盐。铁盐优选硫酸亚铁(Ⅱ)和/或硫酸铁(Ⅲ)。没食子酸/铁盐的摩尔比优选为2/1至1/10,但是根据最终的具体应用也可能会有偏差。
在R-CHO即单体Ⅰ)中R部分可为氢、芳族或非芳族环部分或非芳族无环部分或者羧基部分或杂环部分或者芳脂族部分,其中碳原子数或碳原子和杂原子数优选为1至10。芳族部分例如为α-或β-萘基、苯基或糠基;芳脂族部分例如为苄基或苯乙基;非芳族部分例如为环烷基且更特别是优选含有1至6个碳原子的烷基部分,例如甲基、乙基、丙基和丁基。脂族部分也可为支链或不饱和的,且在这种情况下例如为乙烯基。
单体Ⅰ)也可由一个或多个不会对缩合反应产生不利影响的取代基进行取代,例如,由氨基、羟基、烷氧基或烷氧羰基取代和/或由在缩合产物中存在的酸基取代。也可使用含有超过一个醛基的醛,例如二醛或三醛,鉴于其具有提高的反应活性,其在某些情况下是特别有用的。对于例如较低饱和度的醛(例如甲醛或乙醛),也可使用聚合物形式(例如多聚甲醛或三聚乙醛)。
在一个优选的实施方案中,单体Ⅰ)包含至少一种选自多聚甲醛、甲醛、乙醛、丁醛、乙二醛、戊二醛、苯甲醛、萘甲醛或萘基砜醛(naphthylsulphonaldehyde)、3-甲氧基丙醛、丁醛醇、丙烯醛、丁烯醛、糠醛、4-甲氧基糠醛、炔丙醛(propargylaldehyde)、乙醛酸、羧基丙醛、羧基丁醛、羧基戊醛、葡萄糖、蔗糖、肉桂醛、木质素和木质素磺酸盐的醛。所用的特别优选的醛为甲醛。
本发明的用于缩合产物的单体Ⅱ)为含有无环的脂族、芳脂族和/或芳族的烃部分的对称或非对称的酮,但其中至少一部分为非芳族部分。烃部分优选含有1至10个碳原子。
无环脂族部分为直链或支链的、不饱和及优选饱和的烷基,例如甲基、乙基、丙基、丁基、异丁基和壬基。芳脂族部分例如为苄基或苯乙基,且芳族部分例如为α-或β-萘基,且特别是苯基。
单体Ⅱ)也可由一个或多个不会对缩合反应产生不利影响的取代基进行取代,例如,由氨基、羟基、烷氧基或烷氧羰基取代和/或由在缩合产物中存在的酸基取代。
更特别优选的单体Ⅱ)包含至少一种选自甲基乙基酮、丙酮、二丙酮醇、乙酰乙酸乙酯、乙酰丙酸、甲基乙烯基酮、亚异丙基丙酮、2,6-二甲基-2,5-庚二烯-4-酮、苯乙酮、4-甲氧基苯乙酮、4-乙酰苯磺酸、二乙酰、乙酰丙酮、苯甲酰丙酮和环己酮的酮。特别优选丙酮。
单体Ⅰ)和单体Ⅱ)可以纯物质的形式使用,或以这些化合物随同引入至少一个选自膦酰基、亚磺基、磺基、磺氨基、磺酰氧基、磺基烷氧基、亚磺基烷氧基和膦酰氧基的部分和/或其盐的化合物的形式使用,例如以醛-亚硫酸盐加合物或作为羟基甲烷亚磺酸的盐的形式使用。也可使用两种以上不同的醛和/或酮。
在本发明所用的单体Ⅰ)和单体Ⅱ)中的碳原子总数或者如果合适碳原子和杂原子的总数优选选择以使能够保持缩合产物的亲水性质。因此,亲水性质不仅取决于尤其是缩合产物中酸基的数目,而且取决于酮/醛的比例。醛优选的总数为1至11,酮的总数为3至12。
本发明的缩合产物优选包含以下组成的单体:
25至74mol%的单体Ⅰ),
25至74mol%的单体Ⅱ)以及
0.01至30mol%、优选1至25mol%且更特别优选5至20mol%的单体Ⅲ)。
醛/酮/至少一个选自膦酰基、亚磺基、磺基、磺氨基、磺酰氧基、磺基烷氧基、亚磺基烷氧基和膦酰氧基的部分和/或其盐/没食子酸的摩尔比优选为1/1至3.5/0.02至2/0.001至1,但是根据最终的具体应用也可能会有偏差。
在一个优选的实施方案中,缩合产物的分子量在1000和30000g/mol之间,分子量通过凝胶渗透色谱法进行测量且用聚乙二醇标准物进行校准。
基于其性质,本发明的缩合产物可用作分散剂且特别优选用作水性体系的增塑剂。
所需性质可在此通过选择合适的起始化合物和摩尔比进行控制。其中可有利使用本发明的产物的水性体系的实例包括以下体系:无机粘合剂悬浮液和粘合剂溶液、颜料分散体和染料分散体、用于水包油乳液的分散体、含水高岭土悬浮液或粘土悬浮液、和水/油/炭悬浮液。由于高热稳定性,本发明的缩合产物特别适合作为用于无机粘合剂的添加剂。作为分散剂,其适合例如用于制备可流动的混凝土或自流平砂浆,且其良好的热稳定性也使其特别适合用于深井水泥混合物的塑化,其中由于高温的存在,故要求高温稳定性。本发明的表面活性剂可降低水溶液的表面张力且适合例如作为用于制备泡沫混凝土的发泡剂。其也可用作用于对砂浆或混凝土引入气孔的试剂。另一个可能的应用是在三次采油的情况下通过表面活性剂驱油(surfactantflooding)或胶束驱油(micellarflooding)来调动残油(residualoil)。作为助留剂,其适合例如在深井水泥浆料的情况下或在瓷砖粘合剂的情况下用于制备具有良好的保水能力的水硬性粘合剂的浆料,且作为增稠剂,其非常适合例如在石油行业中用于增加水溶液或悬浮液的粘度。
在一个优选的实施方案中,本发明的缩合产物用作含无机粘合剂的建筑材料组合物的添加剂。在此优选使用0.002重量%至2重量%、更特别是0.01重量%至1重量%且非常优选0.05重量%至0.5重量%的缩合产物,基于建筑材料组合物的全部无机固体分数计。
在一个优选实施方案中,上述粘合剂包含至少一种选自波特兰水泥、石灰、石膏、硫酸钙半水合物、更特别是烧石膏、无水硫酸钙、更特别是硬石膏、粉煤灰、高炉矿渣、火山灰和烧油页岩的物质。
术语“火山灰”在本发明的意义中被理解成本身不会凝固的粘合剂,但是在潮湿的条件中存储后,由于氢氧化钙形成,会产生形成强度的反应产物,所述产物的实例包括粉煤灰、高炉矿渣、硅粉以及天然的火山灰,例如火山土、浮石、矾土、凝灰岩和/或熔灰岩。其他的本身不会凝固的火山灰可为天然产物(例如稻壳和谷壳)燃烧后的灰烬。
在一个特别优选的实施方案中,本发明的缩合产物可用作用于胶结体系(cementitioussystem)或石膏的分散剂。在此,上述体系可特别为砌筑砂浆、抹灰砂浆、用于隔热复合体系的砂浆、修补抹灰、勾缝砂浆、瓷砖胶粘剂、薄层砂浆、找平砂浆、浇注砂浆、注射砂浆、填料、薄浆或衬砌砂浆(例如用于自来水管路)。此外本发明的缩合产物优选在基于石膏的填料、基于石膏的自流平砂浆或石膏板中使用。
在此,当建筑材料混合物包含绿石(其例如可通过骨料或石灰岩引入至建筑材料混合物中)时,本发明的缩合产物可特别有利地使用,特别是与聚羧酸醚和β-萘磺酸盐-甲醛缩合物相比,本发明的缩合产物在绿石的存在下几乎不会降低其分散效果。
在一个优选的实施方案中,缩合产物被用于含绿石的建筑材料组合物中,其中绿石的含量在0.1重量%至20重量%、优选在0.5重量%至15重量%之间。术语“绿石”被理解成所有的二八面体蒙脱石系列以及三八面体皂石系列的可膨胀粘土矿物。
缩合产物优选以溶液或分散体的形式、更特别是以水溶液或分散体的形式使用。这些制剂中的固含量通常为10重量%至70重量%、更特别为20重量%至50重量%。
也可使用两种或更多种本发明的具有相同、类似和/或不同活性的缩合产物,或它们与一种或多种已知的具有相同、类似和/或不同活性的添加剂的混合物,例如与已知的分散剂、表面活性剂或混凝土外加剂的混合物。通常以这种方法可以额外改变或区别最终产物的性质。
相应地,本发明进一步提供一种组合物,基于干质量计,其包含:
10重量%至99重量%的本发明的缩合产物以及
1重量%至90重量%的至少一种选自聚羧酸醚、木质素磺酸盐、三聚氰胺-甲醛磺酸盐、萘-甲醛磺酸盐、聚芳醚、磷酸化聚烷氧基化物、β-萘磺酸盐-甲醛缩合物、三聚氰胺缩合物、对氨基苯磺酸-酚醛树脂、硝酸钙、结晶硅酸钙水合物、磷酸盐、葡萄糖酸盐、蔗糖、淀粉水解物、三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺、二乙醇单异丙醇胺、乙醇二异丙醇胺、聚(羟烷基化)聚乙烯胺、N,N-双(2-羟丙基)-N-(羟乙基)胺、1-(N,N-双(2-羟乙基)氨基)丙-2-醇、N,N,N’,N’-四(2-羟乙基)乙二胺、甲基二乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、单异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺和消泡剂的化合物。
本发明的缩合产物可通过单体在碱性条件下反应而获得,接着可进行一锅法反应过程。作为制备缩合产物的实施方案,优选引入单体Ⅰ)和单体Ⅲ)以及引入至少一个选自膦酰基、亚磺基、磺基、磺氨基、磺酰氧基、磺基烷氧基、亚磺基烷氧基和膦酰氧基的部分和/或其盐的化合物,然后加入单体Ⅱ)。
反应通常仅在温和的加热条件下设定并然后放热,因此,通常进行冷却。为了获得均匀的产物或特别是当使用相对不反应的起始产物时,继续加热可能长达几个小时有用的。
在一个优选的实施方案中,单体在pH为8至14,更特别为9至13下进行反应。调节pH可例如通过加入一价或二价阳离子的氢氧化物、或通过引入化合物进行,所述化合物引入至少一个选自膦酰基、亚磺基、磺基、磺氨基、磺酰氧基、磺基烷氧基、亚磺基烷氧基和膦酰氧基的部分和/或其盐的化合物,例如亚硫酸钠,其在水溶液中进行碱性反应水解。
反应可在均相和多相中进行。反应优选在水中或在水和极性有机溶剂的混合物(水的分数优选为至少50重量%)中进行。作为非水性溶剂添加剂,极性有机溶剂被理解为,特别是例如醇或酸酯。反应可在开放式容器中或在高压釜中进行,在这种情况下,在惰性气体气氛中例如在氮气下进行操作可能是有用的。
如果需要,缩合产物可从反应后获得的溶液或分散体中分离出来;所述分离可例如通过在旋转蒸发仪中浓缩或通过喷雾干燥法完成。或者,获得的溶液或分散体可照原样直接使用。
所用的单体Ⅰ)和单体Ⅱ)为上述的醛和酮,且也可使用醛和/或酮的混合物。所述醛和酮可以纯物质的形式使用,或以一种化合物随同引入至少一个选自膦酰基、亚磺基、磺基、磺氨基、磺酰氧基、磺基烷氧基、亚磺基烷氧基和膦酰氧基的部分和/或其盐的化合物的形式使用,例如以亚硫酸盐加合物的形式。它们首先可以水溶液和非水性溶液引入,例如醇溶液,或以这些形式加入。
在含有短烷基链的醛或酮的情况下,反应特别迅速且反应放热,而在含有空间体积大的取代基的化合物(例如甲基异丁基酮或苄基丙酮)的情况下,为了反应完全,需要长时间的热后处理。
作为引入至少一个选自膦酰基、亚磺基、磺基、磺氨基、磺酰氧基、磺基烷氧基、亚磺基烷氧基和膦酰氧基的部分和/或其盐的化合物,可使用在缩合条件下引入这些部分的所有化合物,例如,纯盐、具有一价至三价有机或无机阳离子的酸的盐或加合物、更特别是含有本发明所用的醛和酮的加合物。其实例为亚硫酸盐、亚硫酸氢盐、焦亚硫酸盐、醛或酮的酸式亚硫酸盐加合物、氨基磺酸盐、牛磺酸盐、氨基苯磺酸盐、羟基甲烷亚磺酸盐、氨基乙酸盐和亚磷酸盐。
特别是,本发明制备的产物在用于建筑行业的含无机粘合剂的化学产品中以合理的用量范围(<2%b.w.c)用作添加剂时,不会产生任何变色。这是特别有利的,因为所述变色严重限制了现有的缩合产物的使用。此外,这些产物具有热稳定性且因此即使在高温下也适合作为用于改善含水无机体系的特性的添加剂。而且,出人意料的是,与已知的缩合产物相比,其也可进一步改善分散性。本发明的缩合产物的另一大优势是其对粘土更特别是绿石具有高度相容性,因此其也可用于其中常用的聚羧酸醚不表现出任何作用的建筑材料组合物中。
以下实施例阐明本发明的优点。
实施例
聚合物合成
通用方法
首先引入40g水。然后加入相应量的共聚单体。调节pH至10。将亚硫酸钠溶解于反应溶液中,并逐滴加入酮,混合物充分搅拌。在此过程中,温度上升至30-32℃。溶液加热至56℃。缓慢地逐滴加入甲醛,在此过程中,温度不应超过70℃。完成添加后,温度升高至90℃且混合物加热数小时直至达到想要的分子量。
相对于粘土杂质的稳健性
粘土相容性通过浆糊试验确定。
所用的水泥为来自Bernburg的CEMI42.5R,购自SchwenkZementKG公司。所用的含粘土的矿物为粉砂岩(siltstone),一种天然火山灰。其含有30重量%的粘土,特别是绿石。
称量出水泥并放入900ml金属烧杯中。向额外的玻璃烧杯中引入相应量的水。将水加入到水泥中并使混合物搅拌60秒。然后混合物静置60秒。利用注射器,以30%浓度的水溶液的形式加入增塑剂,且浆糊被搅拌180秒。得到的水泥浆糊引入至底部内径为40mm的小型圆锥体中,所述圆锥体位于湿的玻璃板上(直径为300mm的板)。在升起圆锥体之后,在三个不同的位置测量坍落度,并确定平均值。在5、10、20和30min后测定坍落度。在每次测量之前,混合物用抹刀简单的搅拌。
然后,为了确定粘土敏感度,所用的校正基准为市售的BNS(Melcret500L)。首先,在CEMI水泥中,对于0.33的水/水泥比例(w/b),确定为获得坍落度为d=120mm所需要添加的增塑剂的水平。然后,在水泥和火山灰的混合物中使用这些添加的水平。在70重量%CEMI和30重量%火山灰的混合物的情况下,所用的水/水泥的比例为0.55。从以下示出的实施例明显看出,基于聚羧酸醚的增塑剂对粘土仅有较低的相容性,但是本发明的聚合物比BNS具有更好的性能。
小型砂浆试验表明了本发明的聚合物与常规增塑剂相比的效能。

固化后样品的颜色利用砂浆棱镜进行研究。在这种情况下,制备水/水泥比例为0.3的砂浆。所用的水泥为SchwenkKG公司的CEMI类水泥,其来自Bernburg厂。在这种情况下所用的增塑剂的添加水平,相对于其固含量为1重量%,基于水泥的含量计。

小型砂浆试验
小型砂浆试验按照如下进行:
水/水泥的比例设置为0.48。所选择的沙子/水泥的比例为2.2。水泥为来自Bernburg的CEMI42.5R,购自SchwenkZementKG公司。
过程:
水泥和沙子引入至金属烧杯中并一起搅拌。增塑剂溶于水中并加入水泥混合物中。悬浮液在设置1下搅拌30秒。然后混合物在设置2下搅拌60秒。在20秒的等待时间后,在设置1下再搅拌90秒。
混合物引入至底部直径为40mm的小型圆锥体中。在抬高圆锥体之后,测量坍落扩展度。

小型砂浆试验表明本发明的添加剂在低水平添加下产生类似的坍落扩展度结果。
Claims (16)
1.一种基于单体的缩合产物,其中单体包含
Ⅰ)至少一种含有醛部分的单体以及
Ⅱ)至少一种含有酮部分的单体,其具有至少一个非芳族部分,
且缩合产物包含至少一个选自膦酰基、亚磺基、磺基、磺氨基、磺酰氧基、磺基烷氧基、亚磺基烷氧基和膦酰氧基的部分和/或其盐,
其特征在于所述单体还包含
Ⅲ)没食子酸。
2.权利要求1的缩合产物,其特征在于缩合产物还包含至少一种选自氨基苯磺酸、苯胺、氨基苯甲酸、二烷氧基苯磺酸、二烷氧基苯甲酸、吡啶、吡啶单磺酸、吡啶二磺酸、吡啶羧酸和吡啶二羧酸的芳族单体。
3.权利要求1或2的缩合产物,其特征在于所述缩合产物包含至少一种铁盐。
4.权利要求3的缩合产物,其特征在于所述铁盐为硫酸亚铁(Ⅱ)和/或硫酸铁(Ⅲ)。
5.权利要求1的缩合产物,其特征在于所述单体包含
25至74mol%的单体Ⅰ),
25至74mol%的单体Ⅱ)以及
0.01至30mol%的单体Ⅲ)。
6.权利要求1的缩合产物,其特征在于单体Ⅰ)包括至少一种选自多聚甲醛、甲醛、乙醛、丁醛、乙二醛、戊二醛、苯甲醛、萘甲醛或萘基砜醛、3-甲氧基丙醛、丁醛醇、丙烯醛、丁烯醛、糠醛、4-甲氧基糠醛、炔丙醛、乙醛酸、羧基丙醛、羧基丁醛、羧基戊醛、葡萄糖、肉桂醛、木质素和木质素磺酸盐的醛。
7.权利要求1的缩合产物,其特征在于单体Ⅱ)包括至少一种选自甲基乙基酮、丙酮、二丙酮醇、乙酰乙酸乙酯、乙酰丙酸、甲基乙烯基酮、亚异丙基丙酮、2,6-二甲基-2,5-庚二烯-4-酮、苯乙酮、4-甲氧基苯乙酮、4-乙酰苯磺酸、二乙酰、乙酰丙酮、苯甲酰丙酮和环己酮的酮。
8.权利要求1或2的缩合产物,其特征在于缩合产物的分子量在1000和30000g/mol之间,分子量通过凝胶渗透色谱法进行测量且用聚乙二醇标准物进行校准。
9.用于制备权利要求1至8中任一项的缩合产物的方法,其特征在于单体在pH为8至14下进行反应。
10.权利要求9的用于制备缩合产物的方法,其特征在于反应在水中或在水和极性有机溶剂的混合物中进行。
11.权利要求1至8中任一项的缩合产物作为含无机粘合剂的建筑材料组合物的添加剂的用途。
12.权利要求11的用途,其特征在于使用0.002重量%至2重量%的缩合产物,基于建筑材料组合物的全部无机固体分数计。
13.权利要求11或12的缩合产物的用途,其特征在于建筑材料组合物包含0.1重量%至20重量%的绿石。
14.权利要求11或12的缩合产物的用途,其特征在于粘合剂为至少一种选自波特兰水泥、石灰、石膏、硫酸钙半水合物、无水硫酸钙、粉煤灰、高炉矿渣、火山灰和烧油页岩的物质。
15.一种组合物,包含,基于干质量计,
10重量%至99重量%的权利要求1至8中任一项的缩合产物以及
1重量%至90重量%的至少一种选自聚羧酸醚、木质素磺酸盐、萘-甲醛磺酸盐、聚芳醚、磷酸化聚烷氧基化物、β-萘磺酸盐-甲醛缩合物、三聚氰胺缩合物、对氨基苯磺酸-酚醛树脂、硝酸钙、结晶硅酸钙水合物、磷酸盐、葡萄糖酸盐、蔗糖、淀粉水解物、三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺、二乙醇单异丙醇胺、乙醇二异丙醇胺、聚(羟烷基化)聚乙烯胺、N,N-双(2-羟丙基)-N-(羟乙基)胺、1-(N,N-双(2-羟乙基)氨基)丙-2-醇、N,N,N’,N’-四(2-羟乙基)乙二胺、甲基二乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、单异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺和消泡剂的化合物。
16.权利要求15的组合物,其特征在于三聚氰胺缩合物为三聚氰胺-甲醛磺酸盐。
