Abstract
1. Продукт конденсации в соответствии с п. 1, который отличается тем, что продукт конденсации дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере один ароматический мономер из ряда аминобензолсульфоновой кислоты, анилина, аммонийнобензойной кислоты, диалкоксибензолсульфоновой кислоты, диалкоксибензойной кислоты, пиридина, пиридинмоносульфоновой кислоты, пиридиндисульфоновой кислоты, пиридинкарбоновой кислоты и пиридиндикарбоновой кислоты.3. Продукт конденсации в соответствии с п. 1 или 2, который отличается тем, что продукт конденсации содержит по меньшей мере одну соль на основе железа.4. Продукт конденсации в соответствии с п. 3, который отличается тем, что соль на основе железа представляет собой сульфат железа(II) и/или сульфат железа(III).5. Продукт конденсации в соответствии с пп. 1, 2 или 4, который отличается тем, что мономеры включают25-74 мол. % мономера I),25-74 мол. % мономера II) и0,01-30 мол. % мономера III).6. Claims (15)
1. Продукт конденсации на основе мономеров, причем мономеры включают
I) по меньшей мере один мономер, имеющий альдегидный фрагмент, и
II) по меньшей мере один мономер, имеющий кетонный фрагмент, который несет по меньшей мере один неароматический фрагмент,
и при этом продукт конденсации содержит по меньшей мере один фрагмент из ряда групп фосфоно, сульфино, сульфо, сульфамидо, сульфокси, сульфоалкилокси, сульфиноалкилокси и фосфоноокси и/или их солей,
который отличается тем, что мономеры дополнительно содержат
III) галлиевую кислоту.

Продукт конденсации в соответствии с п. 1, который отличается тем, что продукт конденсации дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере один ароматический мономер из ряда аминобензолсульфоновой кислоты, анилина, аммонийнобензойной кислоты, диалкоксибензолсульфоновой кислоты, диалкоксибензойной кислоты, пиридина, пиридинмоносульфоновой кислоты, пиридиндисульфоновой кислоты, пиридинкарбоновой кислоты и пиридиндикарбоновой кислоты.
3. Продукт конденсации в соответствии с п. 1 или 2, который отличается тем, что продукт конденсации содержит по меньшей мере одну соль на основе железа.
4. Продукт конденсации в соответствии с п. 3, который отличается тем, что соль на основе железа представляет собой сульфат железа(II) и/или сульфат железа(III).
5. Продукт конденсации в соответствии с пп. 1, 2 или 4, который отличается тем, что мономеры включают
25-74 мол. % мономера I),
25-74 мол. % мономера II) и
0,01-30 мол. % мономера III).

Продукт конденсации в соответствии с пп. 1, 2 или 4, который отличается тем, что мономер I) содержит по меньшей мере один альдегид из ряда параформальдегида, формальдегида, ацетальдегида, бутиральдегида, глиоксаля, глютаральдегида, бензальдегида, нафтилальдегида или нафтилсульфональдегида, 3-метоксипропиональдегида, ацетальдоля, акролеина, кротональдегида, фурфурола, 4-метоксифурфурола, пропаргилальдегида, глиоксиловой кислоты, карбоксипропанала, карбоксибутанала, карбоксипентанала, глюкозы, сахарозы, коричного альдегида, лигнинов и лигносульфонатов.

Продукт конденсации в соответствии с пп. 1, 2 или 4, который отличается тем, что мономер II) содержит по меньшей мере один кетон из ряда метилэтилкетона, ацетона, диацетонового спирта, этилацетоацетата, левулиновой кислоты, метилвинилкетона, оксида мезитила, 2,6-диметил-2,5-гептадиен-4-она, ацетофенона, 4-метоксиацетофенона, 4-ацетилбензолсульфоновой кислоты, диацетила, ацетилацетона, бензоилацетона и циклогексанона.

Продукт конденсации в соответствии с пп. 1, 2 или 4, который отличается тем, что продукт конденсации имеет молекулярную массу, которая находится в диапазоне между 1000 и 30000 г/моль, и при этом молекулярную массу устанавливают с помощью гель-проникающей хроматографии и калибруют относительно полиэтиленгликоля в качестве стандарта.
9. Способ изготовления продукта конденсации в соответствии с любым из пп. 1-8, который отличается тем, что мономеры вступают в реакцию при значении рН, составляющем 8-14.
10. Способ изготовления продукта конденсации в соответствии с п. 9, который отличается тем, что реакцию проводят в воде или в смеси воды и полярного органического растворителя.
11. Применение продукта конденсации в соответствии с любым из пп. 1-8 в качестве добавки в состав строительного материала, который содержит неорганическое вяжущее.
12. Применение в соответствии с п. 11, которое отличается тем, что применяют 0,002%-2% от массы продукта конденсации, из расчета общей доли твердых неорганических веществ состава строительного материала.
13. Применение продукта конденсации в соответствии с п. 11 или 12, которое отличается тем, что состав строительного материала содержит в пределах между 0,1% и 20% от массы сукновальной глины.
14. Применение продукта конденсации в соответствии с п. 11 или 12, которое отличается тем, что вяжущее представляет собой по меньшей мере одно из ряда портландцемента, извести, гипса, полугидрата сульфата кальция, безводного сульфата кальция, летучей золы, доменного шлака, пуццоланов и горючих битуминозных сланцев.
15. Состав, содержащий, из расчета сухой массы,
10%-99% от массы продукта конденсации в соответствии с любым из пп. 1-8, а также
1%-90% от массы по меньшей мере одного соединения из ряда поликарбоксилатных эфиров, лигносульфоната, меламино-формальдегидсульфоната, нафталино-формальдегидсульфоната, простых полиариловых эфиров, фосфорилированных полиалкоксилатов, β-нафталинсульфонат-формальдегид конденсатов, конденсатов меламино, сульфаниловой кислоты-фенольных смол, нитрата кальция, кристаллического гидросиликата кальция, фосфатов, глюконатов, сахарозы, гидролизатов крахмала, триэтаноламина, триизопропаноламина, диэтанолизопропаноламина, этанолдиизопропаноламина, поли(гидроксиалкилированного)полиэтиленамина, N,N-бис(2-гидроксипропил)-N-(гидроксиэтил)амина, 1-(N,N-бис(2-гидроксиэтил)амино)пропан-2-ола, N,N,N',N'-тетра(2-гидроксиэтил)этилендиамина, метилдиэтаноламина, моноэтаноламина, диэтаноламина, моноизопропаноламина, диизопропаноламина, противопенных добавок.
