Description
a)ホスホノ基、亜硫酸基、スルフィノ基、スルホ基、スルファミド基、スルホキシ基、スルホアルキルオキシ基、スルフィノアルキルオキシ基、およびホスホノオキシ基から選択される少なくとも1つの酸性基を有する、少なくとも1種のケトン-ホルムアルデヒド縮合生成物であって、該ケトンは、式R1-CO-R2で示され、その式中、R1およびR2は一緒になって、アミノ、ヒドロキシル、C1~C4アルコキシまたはC1~C4アルコキシカルボニル基から選択される1つ以上の置換基を含み得るC3~C6アルキレン基であるケトンから選択される、少なくとも1種のケトン-ホルムアルデヒド縮合生成物;および
b)少なくとも1種のアニオン性または非イオン性界面活性剤および/または少なくとも1種の増粘剤
を含み、
成分(a)対成分(b)の重量比は、3:1~1:10の範囲にある、無機バインダー用組成物によって達成される。

ここで、R3~R7は、同一でも異なっていてもよく、HまたはC1~C4アルキルであり、かつnは、0、1または2である。

40gの水を反応容器に入れ、pHを10に調整した。この初期装入物に0.25モルの亜硫酸ナトリウムを添加し、そして最後に0.51モルのシクロヘキサノンを撹拌しながら滴加すると、温度は30~32℃に上昇した。これに続いて約60℃に加熱した。1.5モルのホルムアルデヒドを、温度が70℃を超えないような速度でゆっくり滴加した。添加終了後、温度を90℃に上げ、分子量Mwが18000に達するまでさらに3時間加熱した。分子量を、GPCおよび粘度測定により測定した。残存ホルムアルデヒド含有量は、10ppm未満であった。

Claims (17)
- 組成物であって、
a)ホスホノ基、亜硫酸基、スルフィノ基、スルホ基、スルファミド基、スルホキシ基、スルホアルキルオキシ基、スルフィノアルキルオキシ基、およびホスホノオキシ基から選択される少なくとも1つの酸性基を有する、少なくとも1種のケトン-ホルムアルデヒド縮合生成物であって、前記ケトンは、式R1-CO-R2で示され、その式中、R1およびR2は一緒になって、アミノ、ヒドロキシル、C1~C4アルコキシまたはC1~C4アルコキシカルボニル基から選択される1つ以上の置換基を含み得るC3~C6アルキレン基であるケトンから選択される、少なくとも1種のケトン-ホルムアルデヒド縮合生成物;および
b)少なくとも1種のアニオン性または非イオン性界面活性剤および少なくとも1種の増粘剤
を含み、
成分(a)対成分(b)の重量比は、3:1~1:10の範囲にあり、
前記増粘剤が、多糖類誘導体、および500000g/モルを上回る重量平均分子量Mwを有する(コ)ポリマーから選択される、組成物。 - 前記ケトンが、シクロヘキサノン、4-メチルシクロヘキサノン、シクロペンタノン、シクロヘプタノン、およびそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項2記載の組成物。
- 前記ケトンが、シクロヘキサノンである、請求項3記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つの酸性基が、ホスホノ基、亜硫酸基、スルフィノ基、またはスルホ基である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つの酸性基が、亜硫酸基である、請求項5記載の組成物。
- 前記ケトン-ホルムアルデヒド縮合生成物が、シクロヘキサノン/ホルムアルデヒド/亜硫酸縮合生成物である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 前記界面活性剤が、C8~C18アルキルサルフェート、C8~C18アルキルエーテルサルフェート、C8~C18アルキルスルホネート、C8~C18アルキルベンゼンスルホネート、C8~C18α-オレフィンスルホネート、C8~C18スルホスクシネート、α-スルホ-C8~C18脂肪酸二塩、C8~C18脂肪酸塩、C8~C18脂肪アルコールエトキシレート、エチレンオキシドとプロピレンオキシドとのブロックコポリマー、およびC8~C18アルキルポリグリコシド、ならびにそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 前記増粘剤が、セルロースエーテル、デンプンエーテル、ならびに非イオン性(メタ)アクリルアミドモノマーおよび/またはスルホン酸モノマーの構造単位を含む(コ)ポリマーから選択される、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 成分(a)対成分(b)の重量比が、3:1~1:5の範囲にある、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 成分(a)対成分(b)の重量比が、1:2~1:5の範囲にある、請求項10記載の組成物。
- 粉末および/または顆粒の形である、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 成分(a)および成分(b)を含む混合物の共噴霧乾燥によって得られる、請求項12記載の粉末または顆粒。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の組成物および無機バインダーを含む、建材混合物。
- 前記無機バインダーが、水硬性または潜在水硬性バインダーまたはそれらの混合物である、請求項14記載の建材混合物。
- 建材配合物の、適用特性を改善するための、より具体的には気孔安定性および/またはレオロジー特性を改善するための、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の組成物の使用。
- 建材配合物の、適用特性を改善するための、より具体的には気孔安定性および/またはレオロジー特性を改善するための方法であって、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の組成物を、無機バインダーを含む建材混合物に添加することを含む、方法。
