在灰浆中使用组合物形式的酮树脂是已知的实践。例如,DE 2 341 923 A1记载了环烷酮与甲醛和亚硫酸钠的水溶性缩合产物作为增塑剂用于灰浆。使用这些灰浆,特别是用于砂浆(screed)和抹灰(troweling)合成物,导致高强度、低孔隙率,因此具有高的不透过性(imperviosity)。L.Lei和J.Planck(Cement and Concrete Research,42,118-123,2012)记载了水泥灰浆中高分子量(Mw>220.000克/摩尔)的环己酮树脂与β-萘磺酸-甲醛缩合物(BNS)的特性相似,即使在粘土存在下也具有稳定作用。EP 78938A1记载了醛和酮的热稳定性缩合产物,其含有酸性基团且适用于生产可流动混凝土或自流平砂浆的分散剂和用于深井水泥混合物的增塑。WO 2015/039890记载了含有石膏的浆料,该浆料包含泡沫和酮树脂(例如环己酮或丙酮树脂),其作为分散剂用于改善含粘土的石膏板的稳定性。为了制备泡沫,将表面活性剂以基于树脂的低含量用作发泡剂和泡沫稳定剂。
CN 101549973 A记载了高效减水剂组合物,其包含作为减水剂的萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、醛酮磺化缩合物或氨基磺酸盐甲醛缩合物。该组合物还可包含粘度调节剂(例如纤维素醚)和引气剂(例如十二烷基苯磺酸钠)。EP 816300、EP 163 459 A1和WO 99/37594公开了酮醛亚硫酸盐缩合物在油井水泥组合物中的用途。WO 2008/040726、DE 38 25 530 A1和EP078 938 A1公开了酮醛亚硫酸盐在建筑材料组合物中作为保水剂的用途。
然而,在包含无机粘合剂的建筑材料混合物中使用酮树脂导致建筑材料制剂在其应用性能方面,特别是在其气孔质量方面并因此也在其表面质量方面不令人满意。气孔的数量和尺寸及其随时间的稳定性对于建筑材料制剂(例如灰泥和抹灰合成物)的光滑度、粘性和保持力是至关重要的。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供用于无机粘合剂的组合物,其导致改善的应用性能,特别是改善的气孔质量。
该目的通过用于无机粘合剂的组合物而实现,所述组合物包含:
a)至少一种酮-醛缩合产物,其含有至少一种选自以下的酸性基团:膦酰基、亚硫酸根、亚磺酰基、磺基、磺酰胺基、硫氧基、磺烷基氧基、亚磺酰基烷氧基和膦酰氧基,其中所述酮为选自式R1-CO-R2的酮,其中R1和R2一起为可包含一个或多个选自以下取代基的C3-C6亚烷基:氨基、羟基、C1-C4烷氧基或C1-C4烷氧基羰基,和
b)至少一种阴离子或非离子表面活性剂和/或至少一种增稠剂,
其中组分(a)与组分(b)的重量比为3:1至1:10。
例如,由EP 78 938A1和WO 2015/039890已知具有酸性基团的酮-醛缩合产物及其制备方法。这些出版物在酮-醛缩合产物方面的内容在此全文引用。
根据本发明使用的酮-醛缩合产物的分子量Mw通常为2500至100 000克/摩尔,优选10 000至50 000克/摩尔。通过使用以下方法的凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测定分子量:柱组合:来自Showa Denko,Japan的Shodex OH-Pak SB 804HQ和OH-Pak SB 802.5HQ;洗脱液:80体积%HCO2NH 4的水溶液(0.05mol/L)和20体积%MeOH;注射体积100μL;流速0.5mL/min)。使用来自PSS Polymer Standard Service,Germany的标准品进行分子量的校准。将聚(苯乙烯磺酸盐)标准品用于UV检测器,并将聚(环氧乙烷)标准品用于RI检测器。将RI检测器的结果用于检测分子量。
在一个实施方案中,所述酮为具有式R1-CO-R2的化合物,其中R1和R2一起为C3-C6亚烷基,其可含有一个或多个选自以下取代基:氨基、羟基、C1-C4烷氧基或C1-C4烷氧基羰基。优选的脂族酮为上式中的那些,其中R1和R2可相同或不同且为C1-C4烷基,或下式的环状酮:
其中R3至R7——其可相同或不同——为H或C1-C4烷基,且n为0、1或2。
酮的实例为环己酮、4-甲基环己酮、环戊酮、环庚酮,优选环己酮。
在一个实施方案中,酸性基团选自膦酰基、亚硫酸根、亚磺酰基和磺基。优选亚硫酸根基团。
在另一个实施方案中,酮-醛缩合产物为环己酮/甲醛/亚硫酸盐缩合产物。
酮-醛缩合产物通过相应的酮与甲醛和对应于酸性基团的母体酸的盐的缩合反应来制备,例如,如EP78938或WO 2015/039890中所记载的。酮:甲醛:酸盐的摩尔比通常为1:2-3:0.33-1。
在另一个实施方案中,增稠剂选自无机或聚合物增稠剂。无机增稠剂的实例为页硅酸盐(膨润土或锂蒙脱石)或水合SiO2颗粒。
在另一个实施方案中,增稠剂选自重均分子量Mw大于500000克/摩尔,更具体而言大于1000000克/摩尔的多糖衍生物和(共)聚合物。
在另一个实施方案中,增稠剂选自纤维素醚、淀粉醚,和(共)聚合物,该(共)聚合物包含非离子(甲基)丙烯酰胺单体和/或磺酸单体和任选的其他单体的结构单元。优选纤维素醚和淀粉醚。
合适的纤维素醚为烷基纤维素,例如甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、丙基纤维素、甲基乙基纤维素;羟烷基纤维素,例如羟乙基纤维素(HEC)、羟丙基纤维素(HPC)和羟乙基羟丙基纤维素;烷基羟烷基纤维素,例如甲基羟乙基纤维素(MHEC)、甲基羟丙基纤维素(MHPC)和丙基羟丙基纤维素;和羧化纤维素醚,如羧甲基纤维素(CMC)。优选的是非离子纤维素醚衍生物,尤其是甲基纤维素(MC)、羟丙基纤维素(HPC)、羟乙基纤维素(HEC)和乙基羟乙基纤维素(EHEC),特别优选的是甲基羟乙基纤维素(MHEC)和甲基羟丙基纤维素(MHPC)。纤维素醚衍生物各自可通过纤维素的相应烷基化和烷氧基化获得,并且可商购获得。
合适的淀粉醚为非离子或阳离子淀粉醚,例如羟丙基淀粉、羟乙基淀粉和甲基羟丙基淀粉。优选羟丙基淀粉。其他合适的增稠剂为微生物生产的多糖,例如韦兰胶和/或黄原胶,以及天然存在的多糖,例如藻酸盐、角叉菜胶和半乳甘露聚糖。它们可以通过提取方法从相应的天然产物中获得,例如在藻酸盐和角叉菜胶的情况下从藻类获得,在半乳甘露聚糖的情况下从角豆粒获得。
重均分子量Mw大于500000克/摩尔,更优选大于1000000克/摩尔的(共)聚合物可由非离子(甲基)丙烯酰胺单体和/或磺酸单体(优选通过自由基聚合)制备。在一个实施方案中,单体选自丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺、N-甲基丙烯酰胺、N-甲基甲基丙烯酰胺、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺、N-乙基丙烯酰胺、N,N-二乙基丙烯酰胺、N-环己基丙烯酰胺、N-苄基丙烯酰胺、N,N-二甲基氨基丙基丙烯酰胺、N,N-二甲基氨基乙基丙烯酰胺和/或N-叔丁基丙烯酰胺和/或苯乙烯磺酸、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、2-甲基丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、2-丙烯酰胺基丁烷磺酸和/或2-丙烯酰氨基-2,4,4-三甲基戊磺酸或所述酸的盐。(共)聚合物优选含有大于50摩尔%,更优选大于70摩尔%的衍生自非离子(甲基)丙烯酰胺单体和/或磺酸单体的结构单元。可存在于共聚物中的其它结构单元衍生自,例如,单体(甲基)丙烯酸、(甲基)丙烯酸与支链或非支链的C1-C10醇的酯、乙酸乙烯酯、丙酸乙烯酯和/或苯乙烯。
在另一个实施方案中、增稠剂选自甲基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、乙基羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基淀粉、羟乙基淀粉、甲基羟丙基淀粉,以及(共)聚合物,该(共)聚合物包含衍生自丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸和任选的(甲基)丙烯酸、(甲基)丙烯酸与支链或非支链C1-C10醇的酯、乙酸乙烯酯、丙酸乙烯酯和/或苯乙烯的结构单元。
在另一个实施方案中,组合物包含至少一种表面活性剂作为组分(b)。
在另一个实施方案中,组合物包含至少一种增稠剂和至少一种表面活性剂作为组分(b)。
表面活性剂更具体而言包括阴离子或非离子表面活性剂,优选阴离子表面活性剂。在一个实施方案中,阴离子表面活性剂选自C8-C18烷基硫酸盐、C8-C18烷基醚硫酸盐、C8-C18烷基磺酸盐、C8-C18烷基苯磺酸盐、C8-C18α-烯烃磺酸盐、C8-C18磺基琥珀酸盐、α-磺基-C8-C18脂肪酸二盐和C8-C18脂肪酸盐。阴离子表面活性剂通常为碱金属或碱土金属盐的形式,更具体而言为钠盐。阴离子表面活性剂的实例为十二烷基硫酸钠、十四烷基硫酸钠、十六烷基硫酸钠、乙氧基化度为2至10的乙氧基化的月桂醇或肉豆蔻醇的硫酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠盐或十六烷基磺酸钠盐、十六烷基苯磺酸钠盐、C14/C16α-烯烃磺酸钠盐、十二烷基磺基琥珀酸钠盐或十六烷基磺基琥珀酸钠盐、2-磺基月桂酸二钠或硬脂酸钠,及其混合物。
在另一个实施方案中,组合物包含作为组分(a)的环己酮/甲醛/亚硫酸盐缩合产物和作为组分(b)的α-磺基-C8-C18脂肪酸二盐。
在另一个实施方案中,组合物包含作为组分(a)的环己酮/甲醛/亚硫酸盐缩合产物和作为组分(b)的α-磺基-C8-C18脂肪酸二盐和C8-C18烷基醚硫酸盐的混合物。
在另一个实施方案中,组合物包含作为组分(a)的环己酮/甲醛/亚硫酸盐缩合产物和作为组分(b)的α-磺基-C8-C18脂肪酸二盐与环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的嵌段共聚物的混合物。
组分(a)通常采用水溶液的形式。组分(b)可以添加到该溶液中,其同样为水溶液形式或固体形式(如果组分(b)为增稠剂),更具体而言为粉末形式。或者,组分(a)可以以粉末形式加入组分(b)的水溶液中。
在一个实施方案中,组分(a)与组分(b)的重量比选自以下范围之一:
2:1至1:10,
1:1至1:6,
1:1至1:4,
1:2至1:6,和
1:2至1:4。
包含组分(a)和(b)的水溶液可以以常规方式干燥(例如通过喷雾干燥)产生粉末形式的组合物。在一个实施方案中,通过共喷雾干燥——换言之,将组分(a)的溶液和组分(b)的溶液分别但同时引入喷雾干燥器中——完成干燥。如果组分(b)包含增稠剂和表面活性剂,则它们可以在一种溶液中一起引入或作为单独的溶液引入喷雾干燥器中。
本发明还涉及建筑材料混合物,其包含本发明的组合物和一种或多种无机粘合剂,更具体而言为水硬性和/或潜在水硬性粘合剂,例如水泥,优选波特兰水泥;炉渣,优选粒状高炉矿渣;粉煤灰;精细研磨的二氧化硅;偏高岭土;天然火山灰;煅烧的油页岩;硫铝酸钙水泥和/或铝酸钙水泥。然而,无机粘合剂也可以为非水硬性粘合剂,例如石膏、α-和β-半水合物、硫酸钙无水石膏、消石灰或氧化钙。优选为水硬性和/或潜在水硬性粘合剂,例如水泥,优选波特兰水泥。建筑材料混合物特别用于建筑材料制剂,例如灰浆、灰泥和抹灰合成物。组合物的组分(a)和(b)可以同时或以任何顺序依次加入到建筑材料混合物或建筑材料制剂中。这些组分(a)和(b)可以以水溶液和/或固体的形式,更具体而言以粉末的形式加入。
在一个实施方案中,该组合物包含疏水剂。
适用于无机建筑材料的疏水剂为蜡乳液,其包含例如聚乙烯醇或苯乙烯-(甲基)丙烯酸共聚物。脂肪酸(油酸钠和硬脂酸钙或硬脂酸锌)也是有用的。除了金属皂之外,还使用基于有机硅树脂的疏水剂。对于灰泥和灰浆混合物而言,主要使用粉末形式的细碎甲基倍半硅氧烷。疏水剂优选作为粉末以0.1-1%的量加入到灰浆中,基于粘合剂计。
在另一个实施方案中,该组合物包含超吸收剂。这里优选的是对盐强(robust)的超吸收剂。它们记载于DE102007027470A1。
本发明的组合物或建筑材料混合物的作用是通过增加建筑材料制剂中的气孔数量——特别是小气孔——以及这些孔隙随时间的稳定性来改善气孔质量。因此,建筑材料制剂变得更光滑、更容易的均一性(consistency)、更蓬松,并且粘性更低,具有改善的后增稠(after-thickening)特性,并且可以更有效地加工——包括在相对长的时间段内,并且相对于相对长的时间具有改善的保持力。因此,本发明的组合物具有改善的应用性能。
因此,本发明还涉及组合物作为建筑材料混合物的添加剂的用途,以及组合物和/或建筑材料混合物用于改善建筑材料制剂的应用性能,特别是用于改善气孔稳定性和流变性能的用途。
以下实施例阐述了本发明而非对其进行限制。
使用以下制备的环己酮树脂(CHR)(对应于WO 2015/039890的表1中的聚合物5):
向反应容器中加入40g水并将pH调节至10。向该初始进料中加入0.25mol亚硫酸钠,最后在搅拌下滴加0.51mol环己酮,温度升至30-32℃。然后加热至约60℃。以使温度不超过70℃的速率缓慢滴加1.5摩尔甲醛。在添加结束后,将温度升至90℃并将混合物再加热3小时直至分子量Mw达到18000。通过GPC和粘度测定分子量。残留的甲醛含量<10ppm。
增稠剂:甲基羟乙基纤维素(MC)Tylose FL 15002
表面活性剂:
表面活性剂1:C14/C16α-烯烃磺酸钠盐(Hostapur OSB)
表面活性剂2:十二烷基硫酸钠(Texapon K12P)

通过将组分的相应水溶液进行混合来制备表1中列出的组合物。使用来自GEANiro的Mobile Minor MM-I喷雾干燥器干燥溶液。通过塔顶部的双流体喷嘴进行干燥。使用80kg/h干燥气体的氮气进行干燥,该氮气与用于干燥的材料并流从顶部吹入底部。塔入口处干燥气体的温度为220℃。调节被干燥材料的进料速率,使塔出口处干燥气体的输出温度为100℃。与干燥气体一起从干燥塔排出的粉末通过旋风分离器与干燥气体分离。

在制剂如下的测试混合物中使用组合物:

根据DIN EN 998-1,通过搅拌以下物质来制备混合物:水泥、二氧化硅、增稠剂,并将表1中列出的混合物加入到根据DIN EN 196-1的灰浆混合物(Rilem混合器)中并与所述量水混合。然后在低设定(140rpm)下搅拌90秒,然后暂停90秒,然后在高设定(285rpm)下进一步搅拌60秒。
测试所得灰浆的气孔含量(通过DIN EN 998-1)、流动性质(通过DIN EN 998-1)和蓬松性。蓬松性指的是灰浆的松散、舒适、柔软和丝滑的触感。蓬松性也特别表现在灰浆的容易铺展。通过与现有技术的平行和直接比较来评估蓬松性。在这里,同时制备两种混合物并用泥刀铺在木板上。基于材料的蓬松性,施用者将其质量评定在-3至+3的范围内。在这里,等级0对应于与比较样本的特征相同的特征。最高达+3的等级对应于改善;低至-3的等级对应于劣化。图1(没有CHR的标准品)和2(具有CHR的改进的灰浆)显示了流变性质。在相对高的蓬松性下,表面纹理更加美观且更均匀。在图2中,在泥刀上的分裂显著减少。因此,灰浆的铺展变得更加容易。
搅拌后和30分钟后立即进行评价。30分钟后的差值在表中描述为随时间的稳定性。作为比较例和现有技术树脂,使用Melment F10。
显然,本发明的组合物实现了更高的空气含量和更低的灰浆密度。此外,灰浆蓬松性和稳定性得到改善。总而言之,整体效果得到改善。
接下来的实施例显示了具有两种不同表面活性剂的酮树脂的制剂的优点。
灰浆组合物和混合方法步骤与上文相同。

Starvis SE 35为可从BASF SE商购的淀粉醚。Starvis S 5514为水可溶胀的高分子量聚合物(超吸收剂),同样可从BASF SE获得。Baerophob ECO为用于疏水的复合金属皂,可从GmbH获得。将增强的灰浆作为干灰浆混合,并用PFT-G4复合机(rendermachine)施用;在视觉上并在触觉基础上评估应用适用性。结果列于表3中(如上所示,评级为+3至-3,参照=0)。

Claims (18)
1.组合物,其包含:
a)至少一种酮-醛缩合产物,其含有至少一种选自以下的酸性基团:膦酰基、亚硫酸根、亚磺酰基、磺基、磺酰胺基、硫氧基、磺烷基氧基、亚磺酰基烷氧基和膦酰氧基,其中所述酮为选自式R1-CO-R2的酮,其中R1和R2一起为可包含一个或多个选自以下取代基的C3-C6亚烷基:氨基、羟基、C1-C4烷氧基或C1-C4烷氧基羰基,和
b)至少一种增稠剂和至少一种阴离子或非离子表面活性剂,其中所述增稠剂选自重均分子量Mw大于500000克/摩尔的多糖衍生物和(共)聚合物,
其中组分(a)与组分(b)的重量比为3:1至1:10。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组合物,其中所述酮选自环己酮、4-甲基环己酮、环戊酮、环庚酮和其混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的组合物,其中所述酮为环己酮。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的组合物,其中至少一种酸性基团为膦酰基、亚硫酸根、亚磺酰基或磺基。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组合物,其中所述至少一种酸性基团为亚硫酸根。
7.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的组合物,其中所述酮-醛缩合产物为环己酮/甲醛/亚硫酸盐缩合产物。
8.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的组合物,其中组分(b)包含至少一种阴离子或非阴离子表面活性剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的组合物,其中所述表面活性剂选自C8-C18烷基硫酸盐、C8-C18烷基醚硫酸盐、C8-C18烷基磺酸盐、C8-C18烷基苯磺酸盐、C8-C18α-烯烃磺酸盐、C8-C18磺基琥珀酸盐、α-磺基C8-C18脂肪酸二盐、C8-C18脂肪酸盐、C8-C18脂肪醇乙氧基化物、环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的嵌段共聚物,和C8-C18烷基多糖苷,及其混合物。
10.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述增稠剂选自纤维素醚、淀粉醚和(共)聚合物,该(共)聚合物包含非离子(甲基)丙烯酰胺单体和/或磺酸单体的结构单元。
11.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的组合物,其中组分(a)与组分(b)的重量比为3:1至1:5。
12.根据权利要求11所述的组合物,其中组分(a)与组分(b)的重量比为1:2至1:5。
13.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的组合物,其为粉末和/或颗粒形式。
14.根据权利要求13所述的组合物,其中所述粉末或颗粒通过将包含组分(a)和组分(b)的混合物进行共喷雾干燥获得。
15.建筑材料混合物,其包含无机粘合剂和权利要求1至14中任一项所述的组合物。
16.根据权利要求15所述的建筑材料混合物,其中所述无机粘合剂为水硬性或潜在水硬性粘合剂或其混合物。
17.根据权利要求1至14中任一项所述的组合物用于改善建筑材料制剂的应用性能,更具体而言用于改善气孔稳定性和/或流变性能的用途。
18.一种改善建筑材料制剂的应用性能,更具体而言改善气孔稳定性和/或流变性能的方法,其包含将权利要求1至14中任一项所述的组合物加入包含无机粘合剂的建筑材料混合物中。
