Claims (5)
- 流体を計量するための弁であって、弁座(15)によって取り囲まれる弁穴(14)を形成した弁箱(11)と、前記弁の開閉を交互に行うために、前記弁座(15)上に載置可能で、前記弁座(15)から離間可能な閉鎖体(161)を備えているバルブニードル(16)と、閉弁のために前記バルブニードル(16)を付勢する復帰機構(17)と、マグネットアマーチュア(22)を有する通電可能な電磁石(18)とを備え、該電磁石の、ストローク運動のために駆動可能な前記マグネットアーマチュア(22)が、前記バルブニードル(16)上に変位可能に着座しており、且つ前記弁を開くために、前記バルブニードル(16)をこれに配置されている連行フランジ(24)を介してストローク方向に連行する、前記弁において、前記マグネットアーマチュア(22)を前記弁箱(11)で支持させるダイヤフラムスプリング(31)が設けられていることを特徴とする弁。
- 前記弁箱(11)での前記ダイヤフラムスプリング(31)の支持は、前記弁が閉じて前記電磁石(18)が通電されていないときに、前記マグネットアマーチュア(22)に固定されている前記ダイヤフラムスプリング(31)が前記マグネットアーマチュア(22)をゼロ位置に固定し、該ゼロ位置で、前記マグネットアーマチュア(22)と前記連行フランジ(24)との間に、プレストロークギャップ(34)を定義する軸線方向間隔が存在するように、行われていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁。
- 前記ダイヤフラムスプリング(31)は、軸線方向において前記ゼロ位置から逆方向に変位するとき、次のように異なったばね剛性を有し、すなわち前記弁座(15)から離間する方向での変位の際には小さく、前記弁座(15)のほうへの変位の際には、前記マグネットアマーチュア(22)が前記ゼロ位置を通過するような振動が阻止されるような大きさであるように、異なったばね剛性を有していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の弁。
- 前記ダイヤフラムスプリング(31)が、外側スプリングリングおよび内側スプリングリング(311,312)と、これらスプリングリング(311,312)を互いに結合させている複数のスプリングウェブ(313)とを有していること、前記内側スプリングリング(312)が、前記マグネットアーマチュア(22)の、前記弁座(15)のほうへ向いている下面に固定され、前記外側スプリングリング(311)が前記弁箱(11)に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の弁。
- 前記内側スプリングリング(312)の外径が前記マグネットアーマチュア(22)の外径よりも著しく小さく、前記外側スプリングリング(311)の内径が前記マグネットアーマチュア(22)の外径よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の弁。
