Description
Claims (14)
- 噴射ノズル(3)と、
噴射ノズル(3)を通る燃料の流量を調整するために可動プランジャ(17)が具備されている噴射バルブ(7)と、
噴射バルブ(7)の閉鎖位置と開放位置の間でプランジャ(17)を移動させることを目的として、コイル(11)、固定磁気アーマチュア(12)及び可動アーマチュア(9)を含む少なくとも1つの電磁石(8)が具備されている電磁アクチュエータ(6)であって、可動アーマチュア(9)が、プランジャ(17)に対し機械的に連結されかつ噴射ノズル(3)に向かって燃料を通過させるための少なくとも1つの供給貫通孔を有している電磁アクチュエータ(6)と、
供給孔(30)に結合され、かつ、前記プランジャ(17)が前記噴射バルブ(7)の前記開放位置に向かって移動する場合及び前記プランジャ(17)が前記噴射バルブ(7)の前記閉鎖位置に向かって移動する場合の両方の場合において、前記プランジャ(17)の行程を減速させるための制動力を油圧的に生成する機能を有する油圧式制動装置(31)と、
プランジャ(17)を閉鎖位置に保持する傾向を有する閉鎖用バネ(10)と、
管状形状を有し、中央チャネル(5)が具備され、固定磁気アーマチュア(12)と可動アーマチュア(9)とを収納する支持体(4)と、を含む、燃料噴射器(1)であって、
前記油圧式制動装置(31)は、前記可動アーマチュア(9)の供給孔(30)に結合され、部分的に可動アーマチュア(9)の表面(34)に固定されている弾性ブレード(33)を含んでいるバルブ要素(32)と、弾性ブレード(33)に結合され、弾性ブレード(33)から所与の距離のところに配置されて、弾性ブレード(33)自体の開放運動を固定された既定の位置で停止させるようになっているストッパ要素(36)とを含む、燃料噴射器(1)において、
前記油圧式制動装置(31)が、弾性ブレード(33)とストッパ要素(36)の間に間置され弾性ブレード(33)とストッパ要素(36)の間に存在する軸方向距離を確立するスペーサー(37)を含んでいる、ことを特徴とする燃料噴射器(1)。 - 前記油圧式制動装置(31)は、非対称挙動を有し、プランジャ(17)が噴射バルブ(7)の閉鎖位置に向かって移動する場合、プランジャ(17)が噴射バルブ(7)の開放位置に向かって移動する場合に比べて大きい制動力を油圧的に生成する、請求項1に記載の噴射器(1)。
- プランジャ(17)が噴射バルブ(7)の閉鎖位置に向かって移動する場合、プランジャ(17)が噴射バルブ(7)の開放位置に向かって移動する場合に油圧的に生成される制動力の1.5〜10倍の制動力を油圧式制動装置(31)が油圧的に生成する、請求項2に記載の噴射器(1)。
- プランジャ(17)が噴射バルブ(7)の閉鎖位置に向かって移動する場合、プランジャ(17)が噴射バルブ(7)の開放位置に向かって移動する場合に油圧的に生成される制動力の1.5〜5倍の制動力を油圧式制動装置(31)が油圧的に生成する、請求項2に記載の噴射器(1)。
- ストッパ要素(36)が、弾性ブレード(33)よりも高い剛性を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器(1)。
- ストッパ要素(36)が、供給孔(30)を離れる弾性ブレード(33)の運動を制限して弾性ブレード(33)の最大開放位置を確立するリミットストッパである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器(1)。
- スペーサー(37)が環状形状を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器(1)。
- スペーサー(37)が、較正済みの厚みを有する、請求項7に記載の噴射器(1)。
- 油圧式制動装置(31)が第1の環状クラウン(38)を含み、このクラウンが、可動アーマチュア(9)の表面(34)に固定され、バルブ要素(32)の弾性ブレード(33)を支持している、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器(1)。
- 弾性ブレード(33)が、供給孔(30)に配置されている円形シャッターと、この円形シャッターを第1の環状クラウン(38)に連結し燃料の付勢下で弾性変形するように適応されているステムとを有する、請求項9に記載の噴射器(1)。
- 油圧式制動装置(31)が、ストッパ要素(36)を支持する第2の環状クラウン(39)を含み、このストッパ要素は第2の環状クラウン(39)から内向きに突出している、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器(1)。
- バルブ要素(32)の弾性ブレード(33)が、供給孔(30)に配置された較正済み貫通孔(35)を有している、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器(1)。
- バルブ要素(32)の弾性ブレード(33)が、噴射ノズル(3)に対面する可動アーマチュア(9)の下部表面(34)に対し部分的に固定されている、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器(1)。
- 油圧式制動装置(31)が、プランジャ(17)の運動方向の一関数として燃料の通過に対する異なる透過率を有する非対称な挙動を示す、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の噴射器(1)。
