Claims (17)
- 自動車のための流体を電気的に加熱するための装置(5)であって、
前記流体を加熱するための少なくとも1つのモジュール(7a、7b)を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの加熱モジュール(7a、7b)は、
中央コア(11)と、
前記中央コア(11)との間で流体を案内するための回路(15)を規定する加熱要素(13)と、
前記中央コア(11)の周りの流体を案内するための前記回路(15)に配置されるとともに当該流体の流れを邪魔することが可能な少なくとも1つの邪魔要素(17、21、37、47)と、を有する
ことを特徴とする加熱装置(5)。 - 前記邪魔要素(17、27、37、47)は、少なくとも一部において、前記案内回路(15)の全長にわたって延びている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気加熱装置(5)。 - 前記邪魔要素(17、27、37、47)は、概してチューブ状の形状を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電気加熱装置(5)。 - 前記邪魔要素(17、27、37、47)は、金属材料から形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電気加熱装置(5)。 - 前記邪魔要素(17、27、37、47)は、前記加熱要素(13)の内側表面と接触している
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電気加熱装置(5)。 - 前記邪魔要素(17、27、37、47)は、前記中央コア(11)の外側表面と接触している
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の電気加熱装置(5)。 - 前記邪魔要素(17、27、37、47)は、少なくとも一部において、前記案内回路(15)の全体の厚み(ec)にわたって延びている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の電気加熱装置(5)。 - 前記邪魔要素(37)は、少なくとも1つのリブ(31)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電気加熱装置(5)。 - 前記少なくとも1つのリブ(31)は、実質的にらせん状である
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電気加熱装置(5)。 - 前記リブ(31)は、前記加熱要素(13)の前記内側表面に向いている
ことを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の電気加熱装置(5)。 - 前記邪魔要素(47)は、突起(41)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の電気加熱装置(5)。 - 前記突起(41)は、前記加熱要素(13)の前記内側表面に向いている
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電気加熱装置(5)。 - 前記邪魔要素(17、27、37、47)は、前記中央コア(11)および前記加熱要素(13)から分離した要素である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の電気加熱装置(5)。 - 前記邪魔要素(17、27)は、金属シートを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の電気加熱装置(5)。 - 前記邪魔要素(27)は、前記加熱要素(13)に圧入されている
ことを特徴とする卯請求項13または14に記載の電気加熱装置(5)。 - 前記邪魔要素と前記中央コア(11)とは、一体に形成されている
