Claims (11)
- 車両用空調装置に搭載される車両空調用電気発熱式ヒーターコアにおいて、
複数のチューブとフィンとを有する熱交換部と、
前記各チューブが接続されたヘッダと、を備え、
前記ヘッダの内部には電気発熱部品が配置され、
前記各チューブと前記ヘッダとが閉鎖系の流路の少なくとも一部を形成し、
該閉鎖系の流路には、液状熱媒体が充填されており、
前記閉鎖系の流路は、前記液状熱媒体を循環させるものであり、他の機器とつながっておらず、前記液状熱媒体はエンジン冷却水を用いるものではなく、前記閉鎖系の流路の全体が前記車両空調用電気発熱式ヒーターコア内にあることを特徴とする車両空調用電気発熱式ヒーターコア。 - さらに、前記液状熱媒体を循環させる循環手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両空調用電気発熱式ヒーターコア。
- 前記ヘッダは、前記循環手段の吐出口側を接続した上流側ヘッダと前記循環手段の吸入口側を接続した下流側ヘッダとを有し、
前記各チューブは、一端が前記上流側ヘッダに接合され、かつ、他端が前記下流側ヘッダに接合され、
前記電気発熱部品は、前記上流側ヘッダに配置され、かつ、前記循環手段の吐出口側に近い部分の発熱量が最も多い発熱分布を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両空調用電気発熱式ヒーターコア。 - 前記電気発熱部品は、開口部を少なくとも二つ有した筒形状であり、かつ、該筒形状の中空部分が前記液状熱媒体の流路となることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の車両空調用電気発熱式ヒーターコア。
- 前記電気発熱部品は、耐振部品を外部に嵌めていることを特徴とする請求項2、3又は4に記載の車両空調用電気発熱式ヒーターコア。
- 前記ヘッダは、前記循環手段の吐出口側を接続した上流側ヘッダと前記循環手段の吸入口側を接続した下流側ヘッダとを有し、
前記各チューブは、一端が前記上流側ヘッダに接合され、かつ、他端が前記下流側ヘッダに接合され、
前記電気発熱部品は、前記上流側ヘッダに配置され、かつ、前記各チューブより上流に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両空調用電気発熱式ヒーターコア。 - 前記ヘッダは、一つのヘッダ内に前記循環手段の吐出口側を接続した上流側区画と前記循環手段の吸入口側を接続した下流側区画とを有し、
前記各チューブは、折返し部を有し、一端が前記上流側区画に接合され、かつ、他端が前記下流側区画に接合されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両空調用電気発熱式ヒーターコア。 - さらに、前記熱交換部の温度を検知する熱交換部温度検知素子と、
前記熱交換部温度検知素子から得られた前記熱交換部の温度に応じて、前記電気発熱部品の発熱量を制御する発熱制御手段と、
前記熱交換部温度検知素子から得られた前記熱交換部の温度に応じて、前記循環手段による循環量を制御する循環量制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項2、3、4、5、6又は7に記載の車両空調用電気発熱式ヒーターコア。 - さらに、前記循環手段の吐出口の下流で、かつ、前記電気発熱部品の下流に配置された第一の液温検知素子と、
該第一の液温検知素子から得られる温度に応じて前記電気発熱部品の発熱量を制御する発熱制御手段と、
前記下流側ヘッダ又は前記下流側区画に接続された前記チューブと前記循環手段の吸入口との間に配置された第二の液温検知素子と、
該第二の液温検知素子から得られる温度に応じて前記循環手段を制御する循環量制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項3、4、5、6又は7に記載の車両空調用電気発熱式ヒーターコア。 - (1)ガソリン車のリアヒーター用のヒーターコア、
(2)電気自動車のヒーターコア、又は
(3)ハイブリッド車のエンジン冷却水を熱源とするヒーターコアと併設されるヒーターコア、
の(1)〜(3)のいずれかとして使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の車両空調用電気発熱式ヒーターコア。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の車両空調用電気発熱式ヒーターコアを備えたことを特徴とする車両空調装置。
