Description
以下、本発明の第1実施形態について図1〜図3に基づいて説明する。本実施形態のクーリングモジュールは車両用であり、このクーリングモジュールは、通常、車両の前端部に搭載される。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について図4および図5に基づいて説明する。上記第1実施形態と同様の部分については同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
なお、上記各実施形態においては、シュラウド3と一体に組み付けられる第1の熱交換器としてラジエータ1を用いたが、それに加えて、車両用冷凍サイクル(空調装置)内を循環する冷媒と外気とを熱交換させて冷媒を冷却するコンデンサを一体に組み付けてもよい。このとき、コンデンサはラジエータ1よりも空気流れ上流側、すなわち、車両前方側に配置される。
Claims (1)
- 空気とチューブを通過する第1の流体との熱交換を行うコア部(10)と、前記コア部(10)の両端に設けられ、前記チューブと連通するタンク部(11a、11b)とを有する第1の熱交換器(1)と、前記第1の熱交換器(1)の空気流れ下流側に配置され、前記第1の熱換器(1)に空気を供給する送風機(2)を保持するとともに、前記第1の熱交換器(1)から前記送風機(2)に至る空気通路を形成するシュラウド(3)とを備えるクーリングモジュールであって、
前記シュラウド(3)の空気流れ下流側には、前記第1の流体が流入する流体流路(4)が配設されており、
前記流体流路(4)の内部には、第2の流体が通過する第2の熱交換器(6)が設けられており、
前記第2の熱交換器(6)は、前記第1の流体と前記第2の流体との間で熱交換を行い、
前記シュラウド(3)の空気流れ下流側には、前記第1の流体を少なくとも前記コア部(10)をバイパスさせて前記流体流路(4)に流入させるバイパス経路(8)と、前記第1の流体の流路を前記コア部(10)側と前記バイパス経路(8)側とに切り替える流路切替弁(9)とが設けられていることを特徴とするクーリングモジュール。
