Claims (9)
- 柱の側面に前記柱を囲むように周溝を複数段設け、
前記柱の側面であって隣り合う前記周溝の間のそれぞれに、前記周溝同士を連結する連結溝を複数ずつ設けてあり、
前記複数の連結溝のそれぞれは、前記周溝を挟んで隣り合う他の連結溝とは、前記周溝における周上の位置が重ならないように配置されてあり、
前記柱が密着されて収納されるシリンダーの内壁と前記柱が作る流路の入口から出口に向かって前記流路を流体が流れ、前記連結溝から前記周溝の内壁に前記流体を衝突させて、前記柱と前記流体が熱交換することを特徴とする流体の加熱装置。 - 前記流体がガスまたは液体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記ガスが窒素やアルゴン、ヘリューム、炭化水素、フッ化炭素を含む不活性ガスである、あるいは水素または水素を放出する還元ガス、酸素やイオウ、セレン、テルルなど6属の元素を含むガスである、あるいはFなど7属の元素を含むガスである、あるいは前記ガスの複数組み合わせたガスであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記ガスが水または空気を含むガスであることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記液体が水であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の加熱装置である。
- 前記柱と前記シリンダーが金属、または異種金属を被覆した金属であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記柱と前記シリンダーが石英やアルミナ、シリコンカーバイドなどを含むセラミクスであることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記柱にヒーターを挿入して円柱を加熱する、または前記シリンダーをヒーターで加熱することを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記柱が円柱または四角柱であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
