Claims (8)
- 流路の一方の端に導入した流体を、前記流路の壁と垂直に衝突させることにより熱交換を行い、前記流路の他の端の流体出口孔から出す熱交換装置の製造方法であって、
第1の板をプレス加工で屈曲させて溝を形成する第1の工程と、
前記第1の板に第2の板を接合させて気密の流路を形成する第2の工程と、を備え、
前記第1の工程により、前記第1の板の側面にて外側に向けて開口し一方向に長い横溝を、所要の間隔を置いて板の他の一方向に複数段に形成するとともに、隣合う前記横溝をそれに垂直な複数の縦溝で連通させ、
前記第2の工程により、一方の端にある横溝に導入した流体を前記横溝と前記縦溝を経由して他の端にある横溝まで流す流路を形成することを特徴とする熱交換装置の製造方法。 - 前記板として、

間にゴムパッキン、カーボンパッキン、若しくはその他のシールパッキンをいれたネジ止めによる接合、
または接着剤による接合によって行うことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換装置の製造方法。 - 前記流体が、空気を含むガス、水を含む液体、または放射性の元素を含むガスであることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換装置の製造方法。
- 前記熱交換装置にヒーターを取り付けるか、または加熱された高温媒体の中に置いて、前記流体を加熱することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換装置の製造方法。
- 前記熱交換装置を低温媒体を接触させるか、または低温の媒体の中に置いて、前記流体を冷却することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換装置の製造方法。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換装置の製造方法で製造された熱交換装置を、第1の流体を流す第1の熱交換装置として設けるとともに、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換装置の製造方法で製造された熱交換装置を、第2の流体を流す第2の熱交換装置として設け、
前記第1の前記熱交換装置と前記第2の前記熱交換装置を接合させることを特徴とする装置の製造方法。
