Abstract
【解決手段】金属円柱の側面に流体の溝流路を形成し、狭めた流路を通過した流体が垂直に次の流路の壁に衝突して、停滞層のできない流路を形成した。小さな空間で熱交換を瞬時に行い、かつその構造製造が容易である。

Claims (9)
- 柱の側面に柱を囲むように周溝を複数段設け、隣り合う当該周溝の間に当該周溝同士を連結する複数の連結溝のセットが当該側面に設けてあり、当該周溝を挟むようにある2つの当該セットの連結溝の当該周溝における周上の位置が重ならないように配置されてあり、当該柱が密着されて収納されるシリンダーの内壁と当該柱が作る流路を流体が流れて、当該柱と当該流体が熱交換することを特徴とする流体の加熱装置。
- 前記流体がガスまたは液体であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の加熱装置。
- 前記ガスが窒素やアルゴン、ヘリューム、炭化水素、フッ化炭素を含む不活性ガスである、あるいは水素または水素を放出する還元ガス、酸素やイオウ、セレン、テルルなど6属の元素を含むガスである、あるいはFなど7属の元素を含むガスである、あるいは当該ガスの複数組み合わせたガスであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の加熱装置。
- 前記ガスが水または空気を含むガスであることを特徴とする請求項2、3記載の加熱装置。
- 前記液体が水であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の加熱装置である。
- 前記柱と前記シリンダーが金属、または異種金属を被覆した金属であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5記載の加熱装置。
- 前記柱と前記シリンダーが石英やアルミナ、シリコンカーバイドなどを含むセラミクスであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6記載の加熱装置。
- 前記柱にヒーターを挿入して円柱を加熱する、または前記シリンダーをヒーターで加熱することを特徴とする請求項1〜7記載の加熱装置。
- 前記柱が円柱または四角柱であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8記載の加熱装置。
