Claims (1)
- 温度調整対象の薬液の通過が可能な複数の薬液配管と、
前記各薬液配管内の前記薬液を温度調整するための熱電変換素子と、
一対の板体を有すると共に前記各薬液配管を挟んで当該両板体を厚み方向で重ね合わせるようにして当接させることで当該各薬液配管を挟持可能に構成され、かつ当該両板体の少なくとも一方に前記熱電変換素子が取り付けられて当該熱電変換素子および当該各薬液配管の間で相互に伝熱する伝熱部と、
前記薬液配管、前記熱電変換素子および前記伝熱部を収容可能な筐体とを備え、
一方の前記板体における他方の前記板体との当接面、および当該他方の板体における当該一方の板体との当接面には、互いに平行で、かつ内面が前記薬液配管の周面に対して面的に接するように複数の配管嵌入用溝部がそれぞれ形成され、
前記両板体は、隣り合う前記配管嵌入用溝部の間の凸状部における突端が前記当接面よりも当該当接面の裏面側に位置するようにそれぞれ形成され、
前記伝熱部は、前記各配管嵌入用溝部に嵌入した前記各薬液配管が前記両板体によって挟持されるように当該両板体の前記当接面同士を当接させた状態において当該両板体における前記凸状部のそれぞれの突端面、および隣接する当該各薬液配管の前記周面の一部で構成される通気路が当該凸状部の延在方向に沿って形成されるように構成され、
前記筐体は、収容した前記伝熱部における前記通気路の一方の開口面に対向する一面に当該筐体の外部から気体を導入する導入口が形成されると共に、前記通気路の他方の開口面に対向する一面に当該筐体の内部の気体を排出する排気口が形成されている薬液用温度調整装置。
