Abstract
Description
少なくとも1つの電気加熱手段を備える包囲体と、
コアと包囲体との間に流体のための循環空間を画定するために、包囲体内に配置されたコアとを備え、
熱モジュールのコアは、流体を加熱するための少なくとも1つの第2の電気的手段を備えることを特徴とする。これにより、第2の電気加熱手段から流体への熱伝達が可能となり、誘導回路内で循環することができる。
さらに、包囲体13内の温度を測定するために、温度センサCが提供されてもよい。これは、NTC(負温度係数)プローブ等のサーミスタであってもよく、その抵抗は、温度とともに均一に低下する。この温度センサCは、包囲体13の外表面上にろう付けまたははんだ付けされてもよい。
Claims (10)
- 自動車用の流体を温度調節するための電気デバイス(1)であって、前記デバイス(1)は、少なくとも1つの熱モジュール(3)を備え、前記熱モジュール(3)は、
少なくとも1つの電気加熱手段(16)を備える包囲体(13)と、
コア(11)と前記包囲体(13)との間に流体のための循環空間(15)を画定するために、前記包囲体(13)内に配置された前記コア(11)とを備え、
熱モジュール(3)の前記コア(11)は、前記流体を加熱するための少なくとも1つの第2の電気的手段(18)を備えることを特徴とする、電気デバイス(1)。 - 前記コア(11)は、セラミック材料等の電気絶縁および熱伝導材料でできた前記第2の電気加熱手段(18)のための支持体(19)を備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の電気加熱手段(18)は、少なくとも1つの抵抗トラックを備え、前記コア(11)は、前記抵抗トラック上に配置された、セラミック材料等の電気絶縁および熱伝導材料でできた保護膜を備える、請求項1または2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記保護膜は、前記第2の電気加熱手段(18)のための前記支持体(19)と同じ材料でできている、請求項2および3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の電気加熱手段(16)を担持する前記包囲体(13)および前記第2の電気加熱手段(18)を担持する前記コア(11)は、共通の制御手段(5)によって制御することが可能である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記コア(11)は、関連する制御手段(5)に接続すること、および対応する前記コア(11)のための前記支持体(19)の材料内にオーバーモールドすることが可能な2つの端子(25)を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の電気的手段(16)は、前記循環空間(15)の外側に前記包囲体(13)の外表面上の抵抗トラックの形態で設置される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- それぞれ、前記流体のための前記循環空間(15)と流体連通し、縦軸Aに沿って前記デバイス(1)の両側に対向する様式で配置された、少なくとも1つの流体流入口筐体(35)および少なくとも1つの流体流出口筐体(41)を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記コア(11)は、その外表面上に少なくとも1つの溝(12)を備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の流体を温度調節するための少なくとも1つのデバイス(1)を備えることを特徴とする、自動車用の暖房および/または空調設備。
