Claims (14)
- 単官能性、二官能性または多官能性のいずれかの形態の、メチレンマロネート、メチレンベータ−ケトエステルまたはメチレンベータ−ジケトンを含む重合性組成物;および
強塩基(9より高いpH)、中程度の強塩基(8から9のpH)もしくは弱塩基(7より大きく8までのpH)またはこの組合せから選択される塩基性材料を含み、重合性組成物中に不活性係合状態で担持された重合活性剤
を含み;
該重合性組成物は二重活性化ビニル化合物を含み、該重合活性剤は、相変化が起こると利用可能となって該重合性組成物を重合する、
重合系。 - 相変化が、系の温度変化、重合活性剤の溶解、可溶化可塑剤の添加、物理的分離手段からの重合活性剤の放出、または重合活性剤の不活性状態から活性状態への変換によって可能になる、請求項1に記載の重合系。
- 重合活性剤が、UV放射線によって活性化されると不活性状態から活性状態に変換される、請求項2に記載の重合系。
- 重合活性剤が、有機材料、無機材料もしくは有機金属材料またはこの組合せから選択される塩基性材料を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の重合系。
- 重合活性剤が、酢酸ナトリウム;酢酸カリウム;ナトリウム、カリウム、リチウム、銅およびコバルトの酸の塩;テトラブチルアンモニウムフルオリド、クロリドおよびヒドロキシド;第1級、第2級または第3級のいずれかのアミン;アミド;ポリマー結合型酸の塩;安息香酸塩;2,4−ペンタン二酸塩;ソルビン酸塩;プロピオン酸塩;第2級脂肪族アミン;ピペリデン、ピペラジン、N−メチルピペラジン、ジブチルアミン、モルホリン、ジエチルアミン、ピリジン、トリエチルアミン、トリプロピルアミン、トリエチレンジアミン、N,N−ジメチルピペラジン、ブチルアミン、ペンチルアミン、ヘキシルアミン、ヘプチルアミン、ノニルアミン、デシルアミン;アミンと有機モノカルボン酸との塩;ピペリジンアセテート;低級モノカルボン酸の金属塩;酢酸銅(II)、酢酸第二銅一水和物、酢酸カリウム、酢酸亜鉛、クロロ酢酸亜鉛、クロロ酢酸マグネシウム、酢酸マグネシウム;酸含有ポリマーの塩;ポリアクリル酸コポリマーの塩から選択される少なくとも1つの構成員である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の重合系。
- 重合活性剤が、重合性組成物中に、該重合性組成物の重量基準で約2%未満、好ましくは1%未満、より好ましくは約0.5%未満、さらにより好ましくは0.1%未満の量で存在している、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の重合系。
- 重合活性剤が、ワックス中に封入されているか、あるいは化学的不活性化によって重合性組成物と不活性係合状態で準備されている、請求項1に記載の重合系。
- 重合性組成物;および
強塩基(9より高いpH)、中程度の強塩基(8から9のpH)もしくは弱塩基(7より大きく8までのpH)またはこの組合せから選択される塩基性材料を含み、該重合性組成物から物理的に分離された重合活性剤
を含み;
該重合性組成物が、単官能性、二官能性または多官能性のいずれかの形態の、メチレンマロネート、メチレンベータ−ケトエステルまたはメチレンベータ−ジケトンを含み、該重合活性剤が、実質的な混合なしで、該重合性組成物と接触すると重合を開始することができる、
重合系。 - 物理的分離が、活性化剤と重合性組成物をアプリケータ手段内部の別個の場所に収納することによりなされているか、あるいは重合活性剤を基材の少なくとも一部分内または該一部分上に供給することによりなされている、請求項8に記載の重合系。
- 重合活性剤が、不活性状態であり、重合系が、さらに、該重合活性剤をこの不活性状態から活性状態に変換させることができ、塩基向上体または塩基創出体を含む変換剤を含む、請求項8に記載の重合系。
- 重合活性剤が、重合性組成物を実質的に硬化させるのに有効な量で供給され、当該有効な量が該重合性組成物の重量基準で、2%未満、1%未満、0.5%未満または0.1%未満である、請求項8に記載の重合系。
- 重合性組成物を、強塩基(9より高いpH)、中程度の強塩基(8から9のpH)もしくは弱塩基(7より大きく8までのpH)またはこの組合せから選択される塩基性材料を含む重合活性剤と、実質的な混合なしで、加熱なしで、あるいは放射線への曝露なしで、またはこれらの任意の組合せで接触させることを含み、該重合性組成物が単官能性、二官能性または多官能性のいずれかの形態の、メチレンマロネート、メチレンベータ−ケトエステルまたはメチレンベータ−ジケトンを含み、かつ、該重合活性剤が、重合性組成物を実質的に硬化させるのに有効な量で供給される、重合性組成物の重合の開始方法。
- 該重合性活性剤を重合性組成物と、基材上に分配される直前に分配器内部で接触させ;該重合性活性剤が、分配器から第1経路により排出され、重合性組成物が該分配器から第2経路により排出され、かつ、該重合性活性剤を重合性組成物と、該分配器から排出された直後に接触させるか、あるいは重合性組成物を基材の少なくとも一部分に、重合活性剤を基材の該一部分に塗布するのと実質的に同時に塗布し、該重合性組成物が重合活性剤と充分に接触および混合して重合を開始させ、および重合性組成物を実質的に硬化させるのに有効な量が、該重合性組成物の重量基準で、2%未満、1%未満、0.5%未満および0.1%未満のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 重合活性剤が、酢酸ナトリウム;酢酸カリウム;ナトリウム、カリウム、リチウム、銅およびコバルトの酸の塩;テトラブチルアンモニウムフルオリド、クロリドおよびヒドロキシド;第1級、第2級または第3級のいずれかのアミン;アミド;ポリマー結合型酸の塩;安息香酸塩;2,4−ペンタン二酸塩;ソルビン酸塩;プロピオン酸塩;第2級脂肪族アミン;ピペリデン、ピペラジン、N−メチルピペラジン、ジブチルアミン、モルホリン、ジエチルアミン、ピリジン、トリエチルアミン、トリプロピルアミン、トリエチレンジアミン、N,N−ジメチルピペラジン、ブチルアミン、ペンチルアミン、ヘキシルアミン、ヘプチルアミン、ノニルアミン、デシルアミン;アミンと有機モノカルボン酸との塩;ピペリジンアセテート;低級モノカルボン酸の金属塩;酢酸銅(II)、酢酸第二銅一水和物、酢酸カリウム、酢酸亜鉛、クロロ酢酸亜鉛、クロロ酢酸マグネシウム、酢酸マグネシウム;酸含有ポリマーの塩;ポリアクリル酸コポリマーの塩から選択される少なくとも1つの構成員である、請求項12に記載の方法。
