Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 約14モル%〜約20モル%のAl2O3、及び約12モル%〜約20モル%の少なくとも1つのアルカリ金属酸化物R2Oを含むアルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスであって、
前記少なくとも1つのアルカリ金属酸化物R2OはNa2Oを含み、
Al2O3(モル%)−Na2O(モル%)≧−4モル%を満たし、
前記アルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスはイオン交換可能である、アルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス。 - 前記アルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスは、約55モル%〜約70モル%のSiO2;約14モル%〜約20モル%のAl2O3;約0モル%〜約10モル%のB2O3;約0モル%〜約20モル%のLi2O;約0モル%〜約20モル%のNa2O;約0モル%〜約8モル%のK2O;約0モル%〜約10モル%のMgO;及び約0モル%〜約10モル%のZnOを含む、請求項1に記載のアルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス。
- 12モル%≦Li2O+Na2O+K2O≦20モル%を満たす、請求項1又は2に記載のアルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス。
- 少なくとも1つの二価金属酸化物ROを更に含み、
RはMg、Ca、Ba、Sr及びZnOの少なくとも1つである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のアルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス。 - 前記アルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスは0モル%のB2O3を含有する、請求項4に記載のアルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス。
- 前記アルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスは前記二価金属酸化物を含有しない、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のアルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス。
- 前記アルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスは、イオン交換され、前記アルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスの表面からある層深度(DOL)まで前記アルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス内へと延在する圧縮層を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のアルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス。
- 前記圧縮層は、少なくとも1GPaの圧縮応力下である、請求項7に記載のアルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス。
- 前記アルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスは、少なくとも7GPaのナノ硬さを有する、請求項7又は8に記載のアルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス。
- 少なくとも1つの清澄剤を含み、
前記清澄剤は、SnO2、As2O3、及びSb2O3の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のアルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス。
