- 自動車のパワートレイン(100)用の操作装置(204)を備えたクラッチ装置(102)であって、前記パワートレイン(100)は、内燃機関(104)と、ステータ(118)及びロータ(120,200)を備えた電気機械(108)と、トランスミッション(110)とを有し、前記クラッチ装置(102)は前記パワートレイン(100)において、前記内燃機関(104)と電気機械(108)及びトランスミッション(110)との間に配置可能であり、前記クラッチ装置(102)及び前記操作装置(204)は、前記電気機械(108)のロータ(120,200)内に組み込まれていて、前記操作装置(204)は、第1のカム面(224)及び第2のカム面(226)を備えた回動可能なカム装置を有する、クラッチ装置において、
前記操作装置(204)は、前記カム装置を能動的に回動させる電気的なアクチュエータ(246)を有することを特徴とする、クラッチ装置。 - 前記操作装置(204)は、前記第1のカム面(224)が配置されている回動可能なカムリング(222)を有し、前記クラッチ装置(102)は、前記第2のカム面(226)が配置されている軸線方向に制限されて移動可能な圧着板(214)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記アクチュエータは、前記カム装置に直接的に作用することを特徴とする、少なくとも請求項1又は2に記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記カムリングは、前記アクチュエータにより直接的に回動可能であることを特徴とする、少なくとも請求項2又は3に記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ(246)は、遊星歯車機構を介在させて前記カム装置に作用することを特徴とする、少なくとも請求項1又は2に記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記遊星歯車機構は、太陽歯車(238)と、複数の遊星歯車(234)と、腕(236)と、内歯車(232)とを有し、前記太陽歯車(238)は、前記アクチュエータ(246)により駆動可能であり、前記腕(236)は、前記カム装置に不動に結合されていて、前記内歯車(232)は前記ロータ(200)に不動に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ(246)は、磁石クラッチ、磁粉クラッチ、磁気粘性クラッチ、電気粘性クラッチ、少なくとも1つの圧電素子、ヒステレシスブレーキ、電気モータ、サーボモータ又は作動モータを有することを特徴とする、少なくとも請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のクラッチ装置。
- ステータ(118)と、ロータ(120,200)と、前記ロータ(120,200)内に組み込まれている、少なくとも請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のクラッチ装置(102)とを備える電気機械(108)。
