Claims (10)
- 特に内燃機関(104)とステータ(118)及びロータ(120,200)を有する電気機械(108)とトランスミッション装置(110)とを有する自動車のパワートレーン(100)用の、操作装置(204)を備えるクラッチ装置(102,202)であって、該クラッチ装置(102,202)は、前記パワートレーン(100)において前記内燃機関(104)と前記電気機械(108)及び前記トランスミッション装置(110)との間に配置可能であり、前記クラッチ装置(102,202)と前記操作装置(204)とは、前記電気機械(108)のロータ(120,200)内に組み込まれており、前記操作装置(204)は、第1のカム(230)及び第2のカム(232)を有する調節可能なカム装置と、中空車(220)、太陽車(222)、公転車(226,228)及び腕(224)を有する公転車伝動装置とを有するクラッチ装置(102,202)において、
前記第1のカム(230)は、前記中空車(220)に配設され、前記第2のカム(232)は、前記腕(224)に配設されていることを特徴とする、操作装置を備えるクラッチ装置。 - 前記第1のカム(230)は、前記中空車(220)に不動に結合され、前記第2のカム(232)は、板ばね(236)により前記腕(224)に相対回動不能に、かつ軸方向でプリロードが加えられた状態で結合されており、かつ前記腕(224)は、前記ロータ(120,200)に不動に結合されている、請求項1記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記公転車伝動装置は、前記太陽車(222)とともに第1の変速比を形成する第1の公転車(226)と、前記中空車(220)とともに第2の変速比を形成する第2の公転車(228)とを有する公転車対を有する、請求項1及び2の少なくとも1項記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記第1の公転車(226)は、前記第2の公転車(228)より大きな直径を有する、請求項3記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記中空車側の構成部材と前記太陽車側の構成部材とは、少なくとも略同じ慣性モーメントを有する、請求項1から4までの少なくとも1項記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記クラッチ装置(102,202)は、圧着プレート(214)を有し、前記腕(224)は、前記圧着プレート(214)に配設されている、請求項1から5までの少なくとも1項記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記操作装置(204)は、前記カム装置を制御して調節するモーメントフィーラ(210)と、フリーホイール装置(238)とを有し、前記モーメントフィーラ(210)と前記フリーホイール装置(238)とは、半径方向で少なくとも部分的にオーバラップするように配置されている、請求項1から6までの少なくとも1項記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記モーメントフィーラ(210)は、少なくとも1つのモーメントばね(240)、特にコイル状の圧縮ばねを有し、前記モーメントばね(240)と前記フリーホイール装置(238)とは、半径方向で少なくとも部分的にオーバラップするように配置されている、請求項7記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記操作装置(204)は、前記クラッチ装置(102,202)を閉鎖するために渦電流ブレーキ(244)を有する、請求項1から8までの少なくとも1項記載のクラッチ装置。
- 前記渦電流ブレーキ(244)により、前記中空車(220)が前記第1のカム(230)を伴って、かつ前記腕(224)が前記第2のカム(232)を伴って、互いに相対的に回動するように、前記公転車伝動装置の回転に反作用するモーメントを前記太陽車(222)に加えることが可能である、請求項9記載のクラッチ装置。
