Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明に係る電動弁の実施形態1の縦断面図、図2は、図1のA−A矢視断面図である。なお、図2では、弁体を省略して示している。
図4は、本発明に係る電動弁の実施形態2を示す横断面図である。本実施形態2の電動弁は、上記した実施形態1の電動弁に対し、発泡金属からなる多孔体の形状が相違しており、その他の構成は実施形態1の電動弁とほぼ同様である。したがって、実施形態1の電動弁と同様の構成については同様の符号を付してその詳細な説明は省略する。

Claims (6)
- 内部に弁室が画成されると共に側部と底部に第1開口と第2開口が形成された弁本体と、前記弁室に開口する弁口と弁座とを有して前記弁本体の前記第2開口に設けられた弁座部材と、前記弁室に昇降可能に配置された弁体と、該弁体を前記弁座に対して昇降させる昇降駆動部と、を備えた電動弁であって、
前記弁本体の内壁面のうち前記弁口の側方に位置する部分に沿って多孔体が配設されていることを特徴とする電動弁。 - 前記第1開口は、前記弁口の側方に形成されており、前記多孔体は、前記第1開口に対応する部分が切り欠かれた形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動弁。
- 前記多孔体は、前記弁体の昇降方向に亘って前記第1開口に対応する部分が切り欠かれた断面C字状を有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動弁。
- 前記多孔体は、前記第1開口とは反対側の部分が前記弁口側に向かって突出していることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁。
- 前記多孔体は、周方向で波型状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁。
- 前記多孔体は、発砲部材、線材を網目状に織り込んだメッシュ部材、複数の前記メッシュ部材を積層させた積層体、および、複数の開口を形成した板状部材のうちの少なくとも一つから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁。
