Description
本発明者等は、上記した弁本体5(の筒状基体6)及び該弁本体5に連結された横パイプ部材11の形状変更による効果を確認するために、横パイプ部材11の一般部11Aと下パイプ部材12との間に所定の圧力差をかけながら、弁口の口径(=横パイプ部材の一般部の内径)に対して拡管部の内径を変更したときの流量変化を数値解析により検証した。

Claims (5)
- 内部に円筒状空所からなる弁室が画成されると共に側部及び底部に第1開口及び第2開口が形成された弁本体と、前記弁室に開口する弁口付きの弁座を有して前記弁本体の前記第2開口に設けられた弁座部材と、前記弁室に連通するように前記第1開口に接続された横パイプ部材と、前記弁口に連通するように前記弁座部材に接続された下パイプ部材と、前記弁室に昇降可能に配置された弁体と、該弁体を前記弁座に対して昇降させる昇降駆動部と、を備え、
前記横パイプ部材のうち前記弁室に開口する部分が、他の部分より内径が大きい拡管部とされ、
前記拡管部の内径は、前記下パイプ部材の前記弁座部材に接続された部分よりも大きいことを特徴とする電動弁。 - 前記弁口の口径と前記下パイプ部材の内径と前記横パイプ部材のうち前記他の部分の内径とが同径とされていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電動弁。
- 前記横パイプ部材の前記拡管部の内径が、前記弁口の口径の1.1倍以上とされていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電動弁。
- 前記横パイプ部材の前記拡管部の長さが、前記弁室の内径の1/2以上とされていることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の電動弁。
- 前記弁本体は、軸線方向に沿って同径の筒状基体から構成され、該筒状基体の下端部が前記弁座部材の外周部分に接合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁。
