Claims (9)
- 内部に弁室が画成されると共に側部と底部に第1開口と第2開口が形成された弁本体と、前記弁室に開口する弁口及び弁座を有して前記弁本体の前記第2開口に設けられた弁座部材と、前記弁室に昇降可能に配置された弁体と、該弁体を前記弁座に対して昇降させる昇降駆動部と、を備えた電動弁であって、
前記弁座部材に、少なくとも前記弁口の側方まで延設され且つ前記第1開口に対応する部分が切り欠かれた多孔体が固着されていることを特徴とする電動弁。 - 前記弁本体には、前記弁体の一部を突出させるように前記弁体を摺動自在に内嵌保持するスリーブ部を有する筒状保持部材が固定されており、
前記多孔体は、前記筒状保持部材の前記スリーブ部の側方且つ前記弁本体における前記弁室の天井面より下方の位置まで延設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動弁。 - 前記多孔体は、前記筒状保持部材の前記スリーブ部と間隔をあけて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動弁。
- 前記多孔体は、線材を網目状に織り込んだメッシュ部材、複数の前記メッシュ部材を積層させた積層体、発泡部材、及び、複数の開口を形成した板状部材のうちの少なくとも一つから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁。
- 前記多孔体は、線材を網目状に織り込んだメッシュ部材から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電動弁。
- 前記多孔体は、折り畳んで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁。
- 前記多孔体は、下端位置が相対的に高くて上下方向長さが短い短辺部と下端位置が相対的に低くて上下方向長さが長い長辺部とからなり、前記短辺部が前記長辺部に重なるように折り畳むと共に前記長辺部が前記短辺部の内側に位置するように前記弁座部材の外周形状に合わせて変形させることにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電動弁。
- 前記多孔体は、前記短辺部の前記長辺部側とは反対側の端部と前記長辺部の前記短辺部側とは反対側の端部とが位置合わせされて接合されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電動弁。
- 前記多孔体は、前記長辺部のうち前記短辺部と重なっていない部分が前記弁座部材に接合されて固着されていることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の電動弁。
