Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の移動端末機は、ベース部310及びベース部310の外郭に沿って形成される枠部320を備える金属フレーム300と、枠部320が外部に露出するように金属フレーム300の前面及び背面にそれぞれ結合される第1及び第2ケース201、202と、第1及び第2ケース201、202と金属フレーム300との間に設けられる第1及び第2防水層201b、205と、枠部320と共にアンテナの放射体として動作し、第2ケース202の一面に形成される複数の導電部材P1、P2、P3、P4と、複数の導電部材P1、P2、P3、P4にそれぞれ給電する複数の給電部255a、255b、255c、255dとを含み、複数の給電部255a〜255dは、第2防水層205により形成される密閉空間内に配置される。

Claims (20)
- ベース部及び前記ベース部の外郭に沿って形成される枠部を備える金属フレームと、
前記枠部が外部に露出するように前記金属フレームの前面及び背面にそれぞれ結合される第1及び第2ケースと、
前記第1及び第2ケースと前記金属フレームとの間に設けられる第1及び第2防水層と、
前記枠部と共にアンテナの放射体として動作し、前記第2ケースの一面に形成される複数の導電部材と、
前記複数の導電部材にそれぞれ給電する複数の給電部とを含み、
前記複数の給電部は、前記防水層により形成される密閉空間内に配置されることを特徴とする移動端末機。 - 前記枠部が形成される領域と前記ベース部が形成される領域を区画するように前記金属フレームに一体に形成される非金属結合部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動端末機。
- 前記第1防水層は、前記第1ケースと前記非金属結合部との間に設けられ、前記第2防水層は、前記第2ケースと前記非金属結合部との間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の移動端末機。
- 前記非金属結合部は、外部機器が電気的に接続されるように形成されるソケットが装着されるソケット装着部を備え、
前記ソケット装着部を規定する隔壁に貫通部が形成され、前記貫通部を貫通するフレキシブルプリント基板により前記ソケットと前記密閉空間に形成されたメインプリント基板とが接続されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の移動端末機。 - 前記複数の導電部材は、第1給電部により給電される第1放射部材、及び第2給電部により給電される第2放射部材を備え、
前記第1及び第2放射部材は、前記ソケット装着部を覆う第2ケースの一面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の移動端末機。 - 前記枠部は、前記ソケットを介して両側に形成される第1及び第2枠部材を備え、
前記第1放射部材と前記第1枠部材とは所定の区間において平行に形成されて互いに容量結合され、
前記第2放射部材と前記第2枠部材とは直接連結されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の移動端末機。 - 前記複数の給電部は、前記メインプリント基板に接続されるサブプリント基板に形成され、
前記第1及び第2放射部材の一側は、前記第2ケースを貫通するピンにより前記複数の給電部に接続されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の移動端末機。 - 前記第2放射部材の他側は、前記第2ケースを貫通する締結部により前記第2枠部材に接続されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の移動端末機。
- 前記金属フレームは、前記締結部が挿入される貫通孔、及び前記貫通孔の内周から前記第2枠部材まで延びる導電性接続部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の移動端末機。
- 前記非金属結合部は、外部機器が電気的に接続されるように形成されるイヤホンジャック結合部をさらに備え、
前記イヤホンジャック結合部は、前記フレキシブルプリント基板に接続されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の移動端末機。 - 前記フレキシブルプリント基板は、前記サブプリント基板に接続され、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板は、前記イヤホンジャック結合部がアンテナの放射体として動作することを防止するように、少なくとも1つのインダクタ又はコンデンサを含む不整合部(ミスマッチ部)を備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の移動端末機。 - 前記金属フレームの前面及び背面にそれぞれディスプレイ部及び前記サブプリント基板が配置され、
前記サブプリント基板と前記ディスプレイ部との間に遮蔽部材が形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の移動端末機。 - 前記ディスプレイ部は、画像情報を表示するように形成されるディスプレイモジュール、及び前記ディスプレイモジュールの一面を覆うように前記ディスプレイモジュールに結合されるウィンドウを含み、
前記第1ケースは、前記ウィンドウが結合されるウィンドウ取付部を備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の移動端末機。 - 前記ウィンドウ取付部と前記ウィンドウとの間に形成される第3防水層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の移動端末機。
- 前記金属フレームの一側には、第1及び第2アンテナの放射体を構成する前記第1及び第2枠部材が形成され、
前記金属フレームの他側には、第3及び第4アンテナの放射体を構成する第3及び第4枠部材が形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の移動端末機。 - 前記第3枠部材は、前記金属フレームに着脱可能に結合されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の移動端末機。
- 前記第3枠部材は、メタル本体、前記メタル本体の背面縁部に沿って形成される防水部、及び前記メタル本体を前記第1ケース、前記第2ケース、前記金属フレームの少なくとも1つに結合させるフック部を含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の移動端末機。
- 前記メタル本体は、前記第2ケースの一面に形成される第3導電部材により容量結合されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の移動端末機。
- プラスチックオーバーモールド(Plastic overmold)成形により前記非金属結合部が前記金属フレームに一体に形成されるように、前記金属フレームは、前記非金属結合部により覆われるホールを備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の移動端末機。
- ベース部及び前記ベース部の外郭に沿って形成される枠部を備え、外部に側面が露出し、ディスプレイ部及びメインプリント基板がそれぞれ両面に結合されて放熱するように形成される金属フレームと、
前記ディスプレイ部及び前記メインプリント基板を覆うように前記金属フレームの両面にそれぞれ結合される第1及び第2ケースと、
前記第1及び第2ケースと前記金属フレームとの間に内部を密閉するように形成される第1及び第2防水層と、
前記枠部と共にアンテナの放射体として動作し、前記第2ケースの一面に形成される複数の導電部材と、
前記複数の導電部材にそれぞれ給電する複数の給電部とを含み、
前記複数の給電部は、前記防水層により形成される密閉空間内に配置されることを特徴とする移動端末機。
