Abstract
Description
b) 使用される原材料の量に基づいて5〜40重量%の少なくとも一つの天然ポリフェノールを、50〜100℃の温度で添加する工程、
c) 使用される原材料の量に基づいて2〜10重量%の一つ又はより多くの乳化剤及びそれの混合物を添加する工程、
d) 使用される原材料の量に基づいて2〜10重量%の一つ又はより多くの発泡剤及びそれの混合物を添加する工程、及び
e) 使用される原材料の量に基づいて10〜20重量%の硬化剤を添加する工程、及び
f) 養生させる工程。
撹拌機を備えた実験用の反応器中で、100gのフェノールを、109.2gのホルムアルデヒド(45%濃度)及び1.2gのNaOH(50%濃度)と混合した。この溶液を80℃に加熱し、1.5002の屈折率及び遊離フェノール含有量<10%まで縮合する。
542gの発泡性樹脂1に、23gのエトキシ化ひまし油、25gのフタル酸ジメチル及び59gの、85重量%イソペンタン及び15重量%シクロペンタンからなる発泡剤混合物を撹拌しながら順に添加した。最後に、80重量%フェノールスルホン酸及び20重量%リン酸(75%濃度)からなる硬化剤118gを撹拌添加した。
密度=36.2kg/m3
λ=35.9mW/m*K
独立気泡含有量=93.5%
難燃特性: 自己消化性かつ非煙性
崩壊率(Abplatzrate): 1.0%/4:00分
オルガノソルブリグニンを熱分解性リグニンに変えた以外は例1を完全に繰り返した。
例2の調合と同じに樹脂4を製造した。発泡材は以下の特性を有する。
密度=47.5kg/m3
λ=25.4mW/m*K
独立気泡含有量=95.2%
難燃特性: 自己消化性かつ非煙性
崩壊率(Abplatzrate): 0.1%
撹拌機を備えた実験用の反応器中で、100gのフェノールを、109.2gのホルムアルデヒド(45%濃度)及び1.2gのNaOH(50%濃度)と混合した。この溶液を80℃に加熱し、1.5476の屈折率まで縮合する。
例2の調合と同じに樹脂4を製造した。発泡材は以下の特性を有する。
密度=42.2kg/m3
λ=23.0mW/m*K
独立気泡含有量=100.0%
難燃特性: 自己消化性かつ非煙性
崩壊率(Abplatzrate): 14.2%/3:20分
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも次の工程、
a) 少なくとも一つのフェノール化合物とホルムアルデヒドとを、1:1.0〜1:3.0の範囲の比率で、使用される原材料の量に基づいて0.15〜5重量%の塩基性触媒を用いて、50〜100℃の温度範囲内で、反応混合物の屈折率が、1.4990〜1.5020になるまで縮合させることによって、プレポリマーを製造する工程、そしてその後、
b) 使用される原材料の量に基づいて5〜40重量%の少なくとも一つの天然ポリフェノールを、50〜100℃の温度で添加する工程、
c) 使用される原材料の量に基づいて2〜10重量%の一つ又はより多くの乳化剤及びそれの混合物を添加する工程、
d) 使用される原材料の量に基づいて2〜10重量%の一つ又はより多くの発泡剤及びそれの混合物を添加する工程、及び
e) 使用される原材料の量に基づいて10〜20重量%の硬化剤を添加する工程、及び
f) 養生させる工程、
によって得られる、発泡材料。 - 少なくとも一つのフェノール化合物とホルムアルデヒドとの比率が、1:1.5〜1:2.5であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発泡材。
- 工程a)で得られたプレポリマーの遊離フェノール含有量が<10%であることを特徴とする、請求項1及び/又は2に記載の発泡材。
- 前記屈折率が1.4995〜1.5015であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の少なくとも一つに記載の発泡材。
- 前記天然ポリフェノールが、タンニン及び/又はリグニン化合物及び/又はカシューナッツ殻液から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の少なくとも一つに記載の発泡材。
- 使用される原材料の量に基づいて5〜20重量%の濃度で天然ポリマーが添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の少なくとも一つに記載の発泡材。
- 前記天然ポリフェノールが、75〜85℃の温度で添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の少なくとも一つに記載の発泡材。
- 前記乳化剤が、飽和及び不飽和脂肪酸、ヒドロキシ脂肪酸、脂肪アルコール、グリセリン又は植物油上のエチレンオキシド及び/又はプロピレンオキシドの付加物及び/又はフタル酸ジメチル、ジエチレングリコール、無水フタル酸及び/又はそれの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の少なくとも一つに記載の発泡材。
- 前記発泡剤が、塩化イソプロピル、イソペンタン、シクロペンタン、ブタン、ペンタン、ヘキサン及び/又はヘプタン及び/又はそれの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の少なくとも一つに記載の発泡材。
- 請求項1〜9の少なくとも一つに記載の発泡材の、絶縁化/絶縁目的のための使用。
