Abstract
Espuma obtenida mediante al menos los siguientes pasos: a) obtención de un prepolímero mediante condensación de al menos un compuesto fenólico y formaldehído en una proporción de 1 : 10 a 1 : 3,0 con ayuda de un 0,15 a un 5 % en peso, referido a la cantidad de materias primas empleadas, de un catalizador básico en el intervalo de temperaturas de 50 a 100ºC hasta que el índice de refracción de la mezcla de reacción asciende a 1,4990 hasta 1,5020, y a continuación b) adición de un 5 a un 40 % en peso, referido a la cantidad de materias primas empleadas, de al menos un polifenol natural a una temperatura de 50 a 100ºC, c) adición de un 2 a un 10 % en peso, referido a la cantidad de materias primas empleadas, de uno o varios emulsionantes y mezclas de los mismos, d) adición de un 2 a un 10 % en peso, referido a la cantidad de materias primas empleadas, de uno o varios agentes propulsores y mezclas de los mismos, y e) adición de un 10 a un 20 % en peso, referido a la cantidad de materias primas empleadas, de un endurecedor, y f) endurecimiento.
