Abstract
catalisador de polimerização para poliuretanos, composição líquida polimerizável e processo para a produção de vidro de poliuretano orgânico com um índice refrativo alto a presente inevnção refere-se a catalisadores de polimerização descritos para vidro poliuretano orgânico que não contém compostos organometálicos e consistindo em uma mistura de amina alifática terciária e um ácido fosfórico dissubstituído em uma razão molar variando de 1/1,3 a 1/20. as composições líquidas polimerizáveis do tipo poliuretano são também descritas , consistindo essencialmente em três componentes (a),(b) e (c), em que o componente (a) contém pelo menos um monômero de disocianato ciclolifático em que a porcentagem em peso dos grupos isocianato livres dito componente (a) varia de a partir de cerca de 20% a cerca de 50% em peso preferivelmente de a partir de cerca 25% a cerca de 40% em peso , com relação ao peso total do componente (a); o componente (b) contém pelo menos um politiol tendo um peso molecular variando de a partir 50 a 1.200 g/moles, preferivelmente de a partir de 100 a1000 g/moles e uma funcionalidade variando de a partir de 2 a 5 , preferivelmente de a partir de 2 a 4, os ditos componentes (a) e (b) estando presentes em uma razão em peso variando de a partir de 0,5:1 a 2:1; o componente (c) sendo o dito catalisador de polimerização . o processo é também descrito para a produção de vidro orgânico partindo das ditas composições líquidas polimerizáveis do tipo politiouretano.
