Abstract

xerogel de poliuretano, polímero, hidrogel de poliuretano, processos para preparação de um xerogel de poliuretano e para preparação de um hidrogel de poliuretano, artigo de fabricação, e, uso de um xerogel de poliuretano. a presente invenção diz respeito a um poliuretano preparado a partir de uma mistura que compreende: (a) pelo menos um polietileno glicol; (b) pelo menos um di-isocianato; (c) pelo menos um polidialquil siloxano diol e (d) pelo menos um diol da fórmula (i) em que n é um número inteiro de 1 a 25; em que o polietileno glicol, di-isocianato, polidialquil siloxano diol e diol são reagidos sob condições substancialmente anidras. outros aspectos da invenção dizem respeito ao processo para a preparação de um poliuretano. a invenção também diz respeito a um processo para preparação de um xerogel de poliuretano na forma de um artigo moldado, o dito processo compreendendo as etapas de: (i) preparar uma mistura de reação que compreende pelo menos um polietileno glicol, pelo menos um di-isocianato, pelo menos um polidialquil siloxano diol e pelo menos um diol da fórmula i como descrito acima; (ii) reagir a mistura de reação na etapa (i) sob condições substancialmente anidras para formar um xerogel de poliuretano e (iii) moldagem por injeção do xerogel do poliuretano para formar um artigo moldado.
