Abstract

resumo “poliol poliéter-éster e o seu uso”, é de preferência um poliol de polipropileno óxido com uma funcionalidade de 2 a 3 e com um peso molecular numérico médio de 400~1000. a presente invenção revela um poliol poliéter-éster e o seu uso. o poliol poliéter-éster tendo um peso molecular numérico médio na gama de 1000~2000 é preparado por uma reação de condensação de um poliol poliéter de óxido de polipropileno tendo um peso molecular de 400-1000, um ácido dibásico e um diol de baixo peso molecular sob certas condições de reação. o poliol poliéter-éster assim preparado é misturado com um diisocianato e feito reagir sob uma gama de temperatura de 75 a 85ºc durante três horas, em seguida, as bolhas de ar são removidas da mistura sob vácuo para se obter um pré-polímero de poliuretano. um artigo de elastômero de poliuretano é produzido por meio da reação do pré-polímero de poliuretano e de um agente de cura de diamina aromática. o poliol poliéter-éster assim produzido possui as ligações éster e ligações éter e também é terminada por um grupo hidroxilo primário, por isso tem uma elevada reatividade. o artigo elastomérico de poliuretano feito a partir do poliol poliéter-éster tem as excelentes propriedades mecânicas do produto de poliéster de poliuretano e as excelentes propriedades de resistência à hidrólise do produto de poliéter de poliuretano.
