Abstract
【解決手段】本発明によれば、高圧天然ガス噴射エンジン用燃料供給システムの再液化装置に使用される非爆発性混合冷媒であって、前記燃料供給システムは、液化ガスを貯蔵する貯蔵タンク内で発生したボイルオフガスを前記貯蔵タンクから供給されて圧縮するボイルオフガス圧縮部、前記ボイルオフガス圧縮部で圧縮されたボイルオフガスが供給されて液化させる再液化装置、前記再液化装置で液化されたボイルオフガスを圧縮させる高圧ポンプ、及び前記高圧ポンプで圧縮された液化ボイルオフガスを気化させて前記高圧天然ガス噴射エンジンに供給するための高圧気化器を含み、前記再液化装置でボイルオフガスとの熱交換を介してボイルオフガスを冷却させる非爆発性混合冷媒は沸騰点が互いに異なる複数の非爆発性冷媒を混合してなり、それぞれの非爆発性冷媒の沸騰点は天然ガスの液化温度と常温との間にわたって存在することを特徴とする高圧天然ガス噴射エンジン用燃料供給システムの再液化装置に使用される非爆発性混合冷媒が提供される。

Claims (7)
- 高圧天然ガス噴射エンジン用燃料供給システムの再液化装置に使用される非爆発性混合冷媒であって、
前記燃料供給システムは、液化ガスを貯蔵する貯蔵タンク内で発生したボイルオフガスを前記貯蔵タンクから供給されて圧縮するボイルオフガス圧縮部、前記ボイルオフガス圧縮部で圧縮されたボイルオフガスが供給されて液化される再液化装置、前記再液化装置で液化されたボイルオフガスを圧縮させる高圧ポンプ、及び前記高圧ポンプで圧縮された液化ボイルオフガスを気化させて前記高圧天然ガス噴射エンジンに供給するための高圧気化器を含み、
前記再液化装置でボイルオフガスとの熱交換を介してボイルオフガスを冷却させる非爆発性混合冷媒は沸騰点が互いに異なる複数の非爆発性冷媒を混合してなり、それぞれの非爆発性冷媒の沸騰点は天然ガスの液化温度と常温との間にわたって存在することを特徴とする高圧天然ガス噴射エンジン用燃料供給システムの再液化装置に使用される非爆発性混合冷媒。 - 前記非爆発性混合冷媒は、系列IはArからなり、系列IIはR14からなり、系列IIIはR23、R116、及びR41からなり、系列IVはR32、R410A、R410B、R125、R143a、R507、R407B、R404A、R407A、R407C、R407E、R407D、R161、R218、R134a、R152a、及びR227eaからなり、系列VはR236fa及びR245faからなるとき、それぞれの系列から1つ以上の冷媒を選択して混合してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧天然ガス噴射エンジン用燃料供給システムの再液化装置に使用される非爆発性混合冷媒。
- 複数の前記非爆発性冷媒の組成比は、前記非爆発性混合冷媒とボイルオフガスとの間の熱交換が行われる熱交換器での高温流体と低温流体との間の温度差が一定に維持されるように定められることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧天然ガス噴射エンジン用燃料供給システムの再液化装置に使用される非爆発性混合冷媒。
- 前記非爆発性混合冷媒は、Ar、R14、R23、R410a、及びR245faを混合してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧天然ガス噴射エンジン用燃料供給システムの再液化装置に使用される非爆発性混合冷媒。
- 前記非爆発性混合冷媒は、前記貯蔵タンクで発生して排出された後、前記非爆発性混合冷媒と熱交換される前に前記ボイルオフガス圧縮部で12乃至45bara(絶対圧)に圧縮されたボイルオフガスと熱交換されるとき、ボイルオフガスが再液化されても凍結しない温度の氷点を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧天然ガス噴射エンジン用燃料供給システムの再液化装置に使用される非爆発性混合冷媒。
- 天然ガスの液化に使用される非爆発性混合冷媒であって、
前記非爆発性混合冷媒は、LNGを貯蔵する貯蔵タンクで発生して排出されるボイルオフガスとの熱交換を介して前記ボイルオフガスを再液化し、
前記非爆発性混合冷媒の氷点は、前記貯蔵タンクで発生して排出された後、前記非爆発性混合冷媒と熱交換される前に圧縮手段によって12乃至45bara(絶対圧)に圧縮されたボイルオフガスと熱交換されるとき、ボイルオフガスが再液化されても凍結しない温度を有することを特徴とする非爆発性混合冷媒。 - 天然ガスの液化に使用される非爆発性混合冷媒であって、
熱交換器での熱交換を介して天然ガスを液化させる非爆発性混合冷媒は、沸騰点が互いに異なる複数の非爆発性冷媒を混合してなり、それぞれの非爆発性冷媒の沸騰点は天然ガスの液化温度と常温との間にわたって存在することを特徴とする非爆発性混合冷媒。
