Description
Claims (17)
- 液化天然ガスの第1部分の冷凍容量により冷却され、それによって液化天然ガスの第1部分を加熱する熱源、および加熱された液化天然ガスの前記第1部分が、電力を発生させるための動作流体として膨張させられる膨張器を含み、膨張させられた液化ガスの少なくとも一部が脱メタン塔内に供給され、リーンガスおよび脱メタン化された残油を生み出し、脱メタン化された残油が、エタン製品および液化石油ガス製品を生み出す脱エタン塔に供給される装置。
- 熱源が複合サイクル発電装置を含む請求項1に記載の装置。
- 膨張器によってもたらされた仕事の少なくとも一部を用いて、リーンガスが圧縮される請求項1に記載の装置。
- エタン製品が、複合サイクル発電装置における燃料または石油化学装置の供給原料として使用される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 脱エタン塔の還流凝縮器の負荷が、熱源が液化天然ガスを加熱する前に、液化天然ガスの第1部分の冷凍容量によって供給される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 液化天然ガスの第2部分が、脱メタン塔において分離され、リーンガスおよび脱メタン化された残油になる請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第1部分に対する第2部分の比率が約0.4から0.7の間である請求項6に記載の装置。
- 第1部分および第2部分に分割される液体天然ガス供給部を含み、第1部分の冷凍容量は装置内の熱源を冷却して、加熱された第1部分を発生させ、加熱された第1部分は脱メタン塔に入る前に、電力を発生させるための動作流体として膨張させられ、第2部分は脱メタン塔の還流として使用され、第1部分が加熱され、膨張させられる前に、第1部分が脱エタン塔の還流凝縮器の負荷を供給する脱エタン塔をさらに備えた装置。
- 第1部分が膨張器内で膨張させられて、仕事を生み出す請求項8に記載の装置。
- 脱メタン塔が、膨張器によってもたらされた仕事を用いて、パイプラインの圧力に圧縮されるリーンガスを生み出す請求項9に記載の装置。
- 脱メタン塔が、脱エタン塔に供給される残油を生み出し、脱エタン塔は液化石油ガス製品およびエタン製品を生み出す請求項8に記載の装置。
- エタン製品が、複合サイクル発電装置においてタービンの燃料として燃焼される請求項11に記載の装置。
- 第1部分の加熱が、ガスタービンの入口空気流れ、熱回収装置、および煙道ガス流れの少なくとも1つから熱を受け取る伝熱流体によって行われる請求項8に記載の装置。
- 複合サイクル発電装置に動作的に結合されている再ガス化装置を含み、液化天然ガス中の冷凍容量が、複合サイクル発電装置内の熱源を冷却し、それによって加熱された液化天然ガスを生み出し、加熱された液化天然ガスから生成した液化天然ガスのメタンに富む留分は、加熱された液化天然ガスの膨張により生じた動力を用いて圧縮され、および加熱された液化天然ガスは、電力を発生させるための動作流体として膨張させられる装置。
- 再ガス化装置が、複合サイクル発電装置へ燃焼燃料を供給し、燃焼燃料は液化天然ガスから調製される請求項14に記載の装置。
- 脱メタン塔が、液化天然ガスのメタンに富む留分を生み出す請求項14に記載の装置。
- 脱メタン塔が、脱メタン化された残油を脱エタン塔に供給し、脱エタン塔は燃焼燃料としてエタン製品をもたらす請求項16に記載の装置。
