Claims (10)
- 鋼から成る支持層と、支持層上に配置された中間層と、中間層上に配置されており、不純物以外は鉛を含有しないアルミニウム合金から成る軸受金属層とを備えた滑り軸受用複合材料であって、アルミニウム合金が、
スズ10.5〜14重量%と、
ケイ素2〜3.5重量%と、
銅0.4〜0.6重量%と、
クロム0.15〜0.25重量%と、
ストロンチウム0.01〜0.08重量%と、
チタン0.05〜0.25重量%と、
を含有している、滑り軸受用複合材料。 - 軸受金属層のアルミニウム合金が、VおよびZrから成る群からの少なくとも1種のさらなる元素を含んでおり、マイクロアロイング元素の分率が合わせて0.05〜0.7重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の滑り軸受用複合材料。
- 中間層が、純アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の滑り軸受胴。
- 軸受金属層のアルミニウム合金におけるスズの分率が11〜13重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受胴。
- 軸受金属層のアルミニウム合金におけるケイ素の分率が2.25〜2.75重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受胴。
- 軸受金属層のアルミニウム合金におけるチタンの分率が0.05〜0.15重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受胴。
- 軸受金属層のアルミニウム合金におけるストロンチウムの分率が0.01〜0.05重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受胴。
- 軸受金属層上にポリマーベースの上張層が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受胴。
- ケイ素が、軸受金属層内において粒子の形で、軸受金属層の1つの面に対し、前記面内で視認できる直径4μm〜8μmのケイ素粒子の面積分率が少なくとも2.5%、好ましくは少なくとも2.75%であるように分布して存在していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受胴。
- ケイ素粒子のサイズ分布が、鋳造プロセス後の、75K/s未満、好ましくは50K/s未満の冷却速度によって調整されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の滑り軸受胴。
