Abstract
aparelho de mancal. a presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de mancal, um eixo de aço duro que é um eixo oposto de um mancal simples de liga à base de al - sn - si. a sua resistência ao desgaste é aumentada. o aparelho de mancal compreende um eixo de aço, tendo uma dureza igual ou superior a hv 500, pelo menos em uma das suas superfícies, e um mancal simples. o mancal simples é formado de uma liga de alumínio contendo 2 a 10% em massa de si, 8 a 18% em massa de sn, e o restante sendo al e impurezas inevitáveis, em que o volume de fase de sn é igual ou superior a 50% do volume das partículas de si (o diâmetro de partícula médio de si da liga de alumínio é de 4 a 10 <109>m). a liga de alumínio tem uma dureza igual ou superior a hv 45.
