Description
Claims (14)
- 膨張装置を潤滑するための方法であって、
蒸発器により供給される作動媒体内に油滴状の潤滑剤が存在するように、潤滑剤を含む作動媒体を蒸発器により供給するステップと、
前記蒸発器により供給された前記作動媒体から前記潤滑剤の一部を分離するステップと、
前記潤滑剤からその一部を分離することにより減少した作動媒体を前記膨張装置に供給するステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記分離した潤滑剤の少なくとも一部を前記膨張装置に供給するステップを更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記作動媒体は、有機作動媒体により提供される請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記分離した潤滑剤は、ある圧力の下で潤滑装置の一部に回収され、前記圧力により、特に汲み上げられることなく、この一部から前記膨張装置の潤滑箇所まで流れる請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記膨張装置の潤滑箇所に供給される前に、前記分離した潤滑剤を冷却するステップを更に含む請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記膨張装置の潤滑箇所に供給される前記分離した潤滑剤の冷却は、前記潤滑剤を含む作動媒体であって、前記蒸発器に供給される作動媒体を用いて実現される請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記作動媒体は、フッ化炭化水素を含む又はフッ化炭化水素により構成され、前記潤滑剤は、合成エステルを含む又は合成エステルにより構成される請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 作動媒体内に油滴状の潤滑剤が存在するように、潤滑剤を含む作動媒体を蒸発させ、膨張装置にその作動媒体を供給するように構成された蒸発器と、
前記潤滑剤を含み、前記蒸発器により前記膨張装置に供給される前記作動媒体から、前記潤滑剤の一部を分離するように構成された潤滑剤分離装置と、を含む装置。 - 前記潤滑剤分離装置は、前記分離した潤滑剤の少なくとも一部を前記膨張装置に供給するように更に構成される請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記装置はオーガニックランキンサイクル装置である請求項8または9に記載の装置。
- 前記膨張装置は、ピストン膨張装置、スクリュー膨張装置、スクロール膨張機、ベーン機械及びルーツ膨張機から構成される群から選択される請求項8から10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記潤滑剤分離装置内で分離された潤滑剤を前記膨張装置の潤滑箇所まで導くパイプラインと、
前記パイプラインの周囲に設けられた冷却リブとを更に含む請求項8から11のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 前記潤滑剤及び前記作動媒体が導かれ、前記潤滑剤からの熱が、前記蒸発器に供給される前の冷たい作動媒体に伝達されるように設けられた熱交換器を更に備える請求項8から12のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 請求項8から13のいずれかに記載の装置を含む汽力発電所。
