Description
Claims (18)
- 作動流体の閉回路を備え、熱源からの熱を用いて電力を発生する蒸気発電システムであって、
当該システムは、
熱源からの熱でもって加圧下で流体を加熱する加熱手段と、
加熱された流体の蒸気相を液相から分離する分離器と、
蒸気を膨張させて電力を発生する膨張器と、
前記膨張器からの出口流体を凝縮する凝縮器と、
前記凝縮器から前記ヒータへと凝縮された流体を戻すための供給ポンプおよび前記分離器から前記ヒータへと液相を戻すための帰還路と、
を含み、
前記液相は、液相中で溶けるか混和性のあるベアリング用の潤滑剤を含み、前記供給ポンプ手段によって加圧された液相を、前記膨張器の回転要素用の少なくとも一つのベアリングへと搬送するためのベアリング供給経路が配置されていることを特徴とする蒸気発電システム。 - 前記加熱手段が蒸発器を含み、前記分離器から前記加熱手段へと前記液相を戻す前記帰還路が、加熱手段のヒータ区画と蒸発区画との接合部に通じることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ベアリング供給経路が、前記加熱手段の中間部分から通じることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記ベアリングとの連結部に収集空間が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記供給ポンプからの液体と熱交換してベアリングへと運ばれる流れを冷却するため、前記ベアリング供給経路に熱交換器が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記膨張器が回転式膨張器であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記ベアリング供給経路が、前記膨張器の回転要素を支持する各ベアリングへとつながることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記膨張器がツインスクリュー型膨張器であることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載のシステム。
- 作動流体用の閉回路を備え、熱源からの熱を用いて発電する蒸気発電システムであって、
当該システムは、
熱源からの熱を用いて加圧下で流体を加熱する加熱手段と、
蒸気を膨張させて発電する複数スクリュー型膨張器と、
前記膨張器からの出口流体を凝縮する凝縮器および前記凝縮器から前記ヒータへと凝縮された流体を戻す供給ポンプ手段と、を備え、
前記供給ポンプ手段によって加圧された液相を、前記膨張器の回転要素用の少なくとも一つのベアリングに搬送するためのベアリング供給経路が配置されており、前記ベアリングに搬送された液相が、液相に溶けるか混和性のある前記膨張器用の潤滑剤を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記作動流体が、湿り蒸気として前記加熱手段を出ることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱手段がシングルパスボイラーであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数スクリュー型マシンが潤滑ロータ型であり、前記ベアリング供給経路が前記マシンのオイル供給ポートに通じることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載のシステム。
- 前記ロータが互いに実質的に回転接触する部分を有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記互いに実質的に回転接触するロータ部分が、共通の直線ラック部により画定されるインボリュート部分であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記互いに実質的に回転接触するロータ部分が、前記ロータ断面のピッチ円に近接して位置することを特徴とする請求項14または15に記載のシステム。
- 前記凝縮器および前記供給ポンプ手段に連通し、前記凝縮器内に凝縮された液体を受け入れる液体レシーバを備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし15のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記複数スクリュー型マシンが、前記複数スクリュー型マシンからの潤滑剤を受け入れるために前記液体レシーバと連通する潤滑剤ドレインを備えることを特徴とする請求項12および16に記載のシステム。
- 排気熱源が内燃機関であり、前記作動流体がクロロテトラフルオロエタンであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし17のいずれかに記載のシステム。
