Claims (20)
- 陰イオン交換膜であって:
i)アルキル基を通じて第一の芳香族ポリマーの芳香族骨格に結合したカチオン性基を含む、第一の芳香族ポリマーと;
ii)芳香族アミノ基を含む第二の芳香族ポリマーと;を含み、
ここで前記第一の芳香族ポリマーおよび第二の芳香族ポリマーが第一のポリマーの芳香族骨格の芳香族環と第二のポリマーのアミンとの間のアルキル架橋を通じて架橋される、陰イオン交換膜。 - 請求項1に記載の陰イオン交換膜であって、カチオン性基を含む前記第一の芳香族ポリマーが、アルキル化ポリフェニレンオキシド、アルキル化ポリフェニルスルホン、ビスフェノールAベースのポリスルホン、アルキル化ポリエーテルスルホン、アルキル化多環芳香族エーテルケトンおよび芳香族アルキル化ポリスチレンからなる群より選択されるポリマーに基づく、イオン交換膜。
- カチオン性基を含む前記第一の芳香族ポリマーが、2,6,ジメチルポリフェニレンオキシドに基づく、請求項2に記載の陰イオン交換膜。
- 前記カチオン性基のイオン交換能が、0.2〜5meq/grにおよぶ請求項1に記載の陰イオン交換膜。
- 芳香族アミノ基を含んでいる前記第二の芳香族ポリマーが芳香族縮合ポリマーに基づく、請求項1に記載の陰イオン交換膜。
- 芳香族アミノ基を含む前記第二の芳香族ポリマーに対する前記アミン含量が0.2〜4meq/grにおよぶ、請求項1に記載の陰イオン交換膜。
- 芳香族非誘導体化ポリマー、または疎水性部分で誘導体化された芳香族ポリマーをさらに含んでいる、請求項1に記載の陰イオン交換膜。
- 前記追加のポリマーが、前記膜の総ポリマー含量の最大50%までを構成する、請求項7に記載の陰イオン交換膜。
- 前記膜が、乾燥状態および湿潤状態の両方で、その横寸法を10%内に維持する、請求項1に記載の陰イオン交換膜。
- 非荷電の架橋された親水性のポリマー、または両性フィルムからできている表面コーティングをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の陰イオン交換膜。
- 前記表面コーティングが、薄い疎水性の中性層によって基礎にある膜から分離される、請求項10に記載の陰イオン交換膜。
- 膜表面をコーティングするための両性フィルムであって:
i)アルキル基を通じて第一の芳香族ポリマーの芳香族骨格に結合されたカチオン性基を含む第一の芳香族ポリマーと;
ii)芳香族アミノ基を含み、さらにアニオン性基を含む第二の芳香族ポリマーと;
を備え、
ここで前記第一の芳香族ポリマーおよび前記第二の芳香族ポリマーが、第一のポリマーの芳香族骨格の芳香族環と第二のポリマーのアミンとの間のアルキル架橋を通じて架橋される、両性フィルム。 - 電気透析ユニット中のスペーサーのためのコーティングであって:
i)アルキル基を通じて第一の芳香族ポリマーの芳香族骨格に結合したカチオン性基を含んでいる第一の芳香族ポリマーと;
ii)芳香族アミノ基を含んでいる第二の芳香族ポリマーと、
を含み、
ここで第一の芳香族ポリマーおよび第二の芳香族ポリマーが、第一のポリマーの芳香族骨格の芳香族環と第二のポリマーのアミンとの間のアルキル架橋を通じて架橋されている、コーティング。 - カチオン性基を含んでいる前記第一の芳香族ポリマーが、アルキル化ポリフェニレンオキシド、アルキル化ポリフェニルスルホン、ビスフェノールAベースのポリスルホン、アルキル化ポリエーテルスルホン、アルキル化多環芳香族エーテルケトンおよび芳香族アルキル化ポリスチレンからなる群より選択されるポリマーに基づく、請求項13に記載のコーティング。
- カチオン性基を含んでいる前記第一の芳香族ポリマーが2,6,ジメチルポリフェニレンオキシドに基づく、請求項14に記載のコーティング。
- 芳香族アミノ基を含んでおり、かつさらにアニオン性基を含んでいる前記第二の芳香族ポリマーが芳香族縮合ポリマーに基づく、請求項13に記載のコーティング。
- 陰イオン交換膜の調製のためのプロセスであって:
i)芳香族ハロアルキル基を含んでいる第一の芳香族ポリマーと芳香族アミノ基を含んでいる第二の芳香族ポリマーとを混合することと;
ii)(i)の混合物をキャスティングしてフィルムを形成することと、芳香族ハロアルキル基の少なくとも一部および芳香族アミノ基の少なくとも一部を架橋してアルキル架橋を形成することと;
を包含する、プロセス。 - 非架橋の芳香族ハロアルキル基をカチオン性基に変換することをさらに包含する、請求項17に記載のプロセス。
- 前記アミノ芳香族ポリマーに対する前記ハロ−アルキル化芳香族ポリマーの比が、98/2〜50/50におよぶ、請求項17に記載のプロセス。
- ハロアルキル基を含んでいる前記芳香族ポリマーが、芳香族アミノ基を含んでいる芳香族ポリマーとの混合の前に三級アミンと混合される、請求項17に記載のプロセス。
