Abstract
【解決手段】 LRブレーキ60のクリアランス調整室61に対する油圧の給排を切り換えるシフトバルブ111と、該ブレーキ60の押圧室62に供給される油圧を制御するリニアSV113とを有する油圧制御回路100において、前記シフトバルブ111からクリアランス調整室61に供給される油圧を前記リニアSV113の元圧ポートaに供給する元圧油路124を設け、該リニアSV113の開故障時、クリアランス調整室61を排圧することにより、シフトバルブ111のドレンポートgによって押圧室62も排圧されるように構成する。

Description
前記クリアランス調整室に対する油圧の給排を切り換える切換弁と、
前記押圧室への油圧の供給を制御する油圧制御弁と、
前記切換弁からクリアランス調整室に供給される油圧を前記油圧制御弁の元圧ポートに供給する元圧油路とを設けたことを特徴とする。
前記油圧制御弁から前記押圧室に油圧を供給する押圧油路に、前記切換弁からクリアランス調整室に供給される油圧が所定圧以上のときに該押圧油路を開通させる第1の状態となり、前記切換弁からクリアランス調整室に供給される油圧が前記所定圧未満のときに該押圧油路を遮断して前記押圧室の油圧を排出させる第2の状態となる第2の切換弁が設けられていることを特徴とする。
前記元圧油路は前記第2の切換弁を経由し、
該第2の切換弁は、前記第1の状態のときに元圧油路を開通させ、前記第2の状態のときに元圧油路を遮断することを特徴とする。
前記第2の切換弁は、前記第2の状態にあって、前記押圧油路を遮断して前記押圧室の油圧を排出するときに、前記油圧制御弁から導かれた押圧油路の上流部を他の摩擦締結要素に通じる油路に接続することを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- クリアランス調整室と押圧室とを有する摩擦締結要素が備えられた自動変速機の油圧制御装置において、
前記クリアランス調整室に対する油圧の給排を切り換える切換弁と、
前記押圧室への油圧の供給を制御する油圧制御弁と、
前記切換弁からクリアランス調整室に供給される油圧を前記油圧制御弁の元圧ポートに供給する元圧油路とを設けたことを特徴とする自動変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記油圧制御弁から前記押圧室に油圧を供給する押圧油路に、前記切換弁からクリアランス調整室に供給される油圧が所定圧以上のときに該押圧油路を開通させる第1の状態となり、前記切換弁からクリアランス調整室に供給される油圧が前記所定圧未満のときに該押圧油路を遮断して前記押圧室の油圧を排出させる第2の状態となる第2の切換弁が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動変速機の油圧制御装置。
- 前記元圧油路は前記第2の切換弁を経由し、
該第2の切換弁は、前記第1の状態のときに元圧油路を開通させ、前記第2の状態のときに元圧油路を遮断することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記第2の切換弁は、前記第2の状態にあって、前記押圧油路を遮断して前記押圧室の油圧を排出するときに、前記油圧制御弁から導かれた押圧油路の上流部を他の摩擦締結要素に通じる油路に接続することを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の自動変速機の油圧制御装置。
