Claims (6)
- 導線を巻回してコイルを形成し、
主に金属磁性粉粉末と樹脂とからなる封止材を用いて、該コイルを内包し、且つ、該コイルの両端部の少なくとも一部がその表面上に露出するようにコア部を形成し、
該コア部の外部電極を形成する部分の少なくとも一部の表面の平滑度をその周囲の表面の平滑度よりも低下させ、
該コア部に該コイルと導通する外部電極を形成したことを特徴とする面実装インダクタの製造方法。 - 前記外部電極は、焼結温度が250℃以下の金属微粒子を含む導電性ペーストを前記コア部の表面上に塗布し、該コア部を熱処理して該金属微粒子を焼結させて該コア部の表面に下地電極を形成して前記コイルと導通させた請求項1に記載の面実装インダクタの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂が熱硬化性樹脂からなり、前記熱処理によって、コア部を硬化させると共に前記金属微粒子を焼結させて前記下地電極を形成した請求項2に記載の面実装インダクタの製造方法。
- 前記金属微粒子がAg、Au、Cuのいずれかを含み、その粒径が100nmよりも小さくした請求項2又は請求項3に記載の面実装インダクタの製造方法。
- 前記導電性ペーストにおいて、さらに0.1〜10μmの粒径の金属粒子を含み、該導電性ペースト中に含まれる前記金属微粒子と該金属粒子の総和に対して、該金属粒子の割合を30〜50wt%にした請求項4に記載の面実装インダクタの製造方法。
- 前記下地電極に含有する金属の含有率を85〜98%にした請求項2乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の面実装インダクタの製造方法。
