Abstract
【解決手段】発光ビーム(18)を発する発光部(17)を備え、レーザスキャナ(10)の周囲環境にある物体(O)から反射されるかさもなければ拡散される受光ビーム(20)を受ける受光部(21)を備え、多数の測定点(X)について物体(O)までの距離を少なくとも判断する制御評価ユニット(22)を備えるレーザスキャナ(10)として設計される、周囲環境を光学的に走査および測定するための装置において、レーザスキャナ(10)のハウジングの一部として少なくとも一つのシェル(32)が設けられ、保護部として機能する少なくとも一つのヨーク(34)によりシェル(32)の外側が部分的に被覆される。

Claims (10)
- 周囲環境を光学的に走査および測定するための装置であって、
発光ビームを発するように配置された発光部と、
レーザスキャナの周囲環境にある物体から反射されるかさもなければ拡散される受光ビームを受けるように配置された受光部と、
多数の測定点について前記物体までの距離を判断するべく配置された制御評価ユニットと、
を備える、レーザスキャナとして設計された装置において、
前記装置のハウジングの一部となるシェルであって、保護部として機能する少なくとも一つのヨークにより外側が部分的に被覆された少なくとも一つのシェルが設けられ、
前記少なくとも一つのヨークは、前記少なくとも一つのシェルが中に完全に配設されるスペースを画定する、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記ヨークが、前記シェルの少なくとも一つの外縁部を被覆することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置の保持構造に前記ヨークが固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記装置の保持構造と前記シェルの外縁部との間で前記ヨークが斜方向に延在することを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の装置。
- 前記装置のベースの近傍で前記ヨークが前記保持構造の下側部分に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の装置。
- 前記シェルがプラスチックで製作される、および/または前記ヨークが金属で製作されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記発光ビームの前記スポットが、少なくとも二つの異なる輝度レベルおよび/またはカラーを有する前記装置のプリズムに沿って一時的に移動することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 一方では前記装置の定常基準系に位置するベースを、他方では前記ベースに対して回転可能である測定ヘッドの保持構造に固定される部分を予備組立アセンブリとして備える旋回軸モジュールを前記装置が有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 保持構造とハウジングとして機能するシェルとの間の空間を含む冷却装置を前記装置が備え、前記空間が、空気入口により外側に開口し、残りは、前記保持構造の内部に対して、また前記シェルに対して密封されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記金属は、アルミニウムである、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
