Abstract
【解決手段】SMR40のリレーSMRBは、蓄電装置Bの正極と正極線PL1との間に設けられる。SMR40のリレーSMRGは、蓄電装置Bの負極と負極線NLとの間に設けられる。検出器42は、蓄電装置Bの負極に電気的に接続される。制御装置30は、検出器42の検出結果である電圧値Vkを受ける。制御装置30は、リレーSMRB,SMRGがオフされるときの検出器42の検出結果と、その後リレーSMRBのみがオンされるときの検出器42の検出結果とに基づいて、電気システムの絶縁状態を判定する。

- 駆動力を発生する電気システムと、
前記電気システムの絶縁異常を検出するための検出器とを備え、
前記電気システムは、
蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置の電力を用いて駆動力を発生する駆動装置と、
前記蓄電装置の正極と前記駆動装置との間に設けられる第1のリレーと、
前記蓄電装置の負極と前記駆動装置との間に設けられる第2のリレーとを含み、
前記検出器は、前記蓄電装置に電気的に接続され、さらに
前記第1および第2のリレーが開放されるときの前記検出器の検出結果と、その後前記第1および第2のリレーのいずれかが閉成されるときの前記検出器の検出結果とに基づいて、前記電気システムの絶縁状態を判定する制御装置を備える、電動車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記第1および第2のリレーが開放されるときの前記検出器の検出結果と、その後前記第1のリレーが閉成されるときの前記検出器の検出結果とに基づいて、前記電気システムの絶縁状態を判定する、請求項1に記載の電動車両。
- 前記第1および第2のリレーが開放されることによって前記検出器の検出結果が異常から正常に変化し、かつ、その後前記第1および第2のリレーのいずれかが閉成されても前記検出器の検出結果が正常を示すとき、前記制御装置は、前記電気システムの絶縁状態は不定であると判定する、請求項1または2に記載の電動車両。
- 前記第1および第2のリレーが開放されることによって前記検出器の検出結果が異常から正常に変化し、かつ、その後前記第1および第2のリレーのいずれかが閉成されることによって前記検出器の検出結果が異常を示すとき、前記制御装置は、前記駆動装置の絶縁抵抗が低下しているものと判定する、請求項1または2に記載の電動車両。
- 前記第1および第2のリレーの開放時に前記検出器の検出結果が異常を示すとき、前記制御装置は、前記蓄電装置の絶縁抵抗が低下しているものと判定する、請求項1または2に記載の電動車両。
- 前記検出器は、
抵抗素子と、
前記抵抗素子と車両アースとの間に電気的に接続され、所定の周波数を有する交流電圧を発生する交流電源と、
前記抵抗素子と前記蓄電装置との間に電気的に接続される容量素子と、
前記抵抗素子と前記容量素子との間の電力線における、前記所定の周波数を有する電圧成分を検出する電圧検出部とを含む、請求項1に記載の電動車両。 - 電動車両の絶縁状態判定方法であって、
前記電動車両は、
駆動力を発生する電気システムと、
前記電気システムの絶縁異常を検出するための検出器とを含み、
前記電気システムは、
蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置の電力を用いて駆動力を発生する駆動装置と、
前記蓄電装置の正極と前記駆動装置との間に設けられる第1のリレーと、
前記蓄電装置の負極と前記駆動装置との間に設けられる第2のリレーとを含み、
前記検出器は、前記蓄電装置に電気的に接続され、
前記絶縁状態判定方法は、
前記第1および第2のリレーを開放するステップと、
前記第1および第2のリレーの開放後に前記第1および第2のリレーのいずれかを閉成するステップと、
前記第1および第2のリレーが開放されるときの前記検出器の検出結果と、前記第1および第2のリレーのいずれかが閉成されるときの前記検出器の検出結果とに基づいて、前記電気システムの絶縁状態を判定するステップとを含む、電動車両の絶縁状態判定方法。 - 前記判定するステップは、前記第1および第2のリレーが開放されるときの前記検出器の検出結果と、前記第1のリレーが閉成されるときの前記検出器の検出結果とに基づいて、前記電気システムの絶縁状態を判定するステップを含む、請求項7に記載の電動車両の絶縁状態判定方法。
