Description
<ハイブリッド車両の構成>
図1は、この実施の形態によるモータ駆動装置が搭載された電動車両の一例として示されるハイブリッド車両の電気的な構成を示す全体構成図である。図1を参照して、このハイブリッド車両100は、エンジン2と、動力分割装置3と、車輪4と、モータジェネレータMG1,MG2とを備える。また、ハイブリッド車両100は、蓄電部Bと、システムメインリレーSMRと、パワーコントロールユニット(以下「PCU(Power Control Unit)」とも称する。)5と、電子制御ユニット(以下「ECU(Electronic Control Unit)」とも称する。)40と、電流センサ50とをさらに備える。
図2は、駆動回路60によりフェール信号FCVが生成されるパターンについて説明するための図である。図2は、特にコンバータ10に含まれるIGBT素子Q1,Q2のうちIGBT素子Q1に接続される駆動回路60に着目した図である。
図4は、IGBT素子Q1短絡時の上アームON走行への移行動作を示すフローチャートである。図4を参照して、コンバータ10による昇圧を伴う通常走行時に、ECU40は、フェール信号FCVの入力があるか否かを判断する(ステップS200)。フェール信号FCVの入力がないと判断されると(ステップS200においてNO)、処理は、ステップS240に移行する。
以上のように、この発明の実施の形態として実施の形態1を説明した。しかしながら、この発明は必ずしもこの実施の形態に限定されない。ここでは、他の実施の形態の一例について説明する。
Claims (1)
- 蓄電装置と、
モータを駆動するインバータと、
前記蓄電装置と前記インバータとの間に設けられ、前記インバータの入力電圧を前記蓄電装置の電圧以上に昇圧するコンバータと、
前記インバータ及び前記コンバータを制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記コンバータは、前記蓄電装置に接続された電力線対のうちの正極線と前記インバータの直流側の正極線との間に接続される上側のスイッチング素子と、前記電力線対の間に接続される下側のスイッチング素子とを含み、
前記コンバータは、前記上側のスイッチング素子が短絡状態となった場合、又は短絡状態の前記上側のスイッチング素子にオン信号が入力された場合にフェール信号を出力し、
前記制御装置は、
前記フェール信号が出力されたときは、前記コンバータが停止するように前記コンバータを制御し、
前記フェール信号が前記上側のスイッチング素子が短絡状態となることによって出力されたものであるときは、さらに、前記上側のスイッチング素子へのオン信号の出力を非実行とした状態で、前記モータによる力行運転及び回生運転が行なわれるように前記インバータを制御する、モータ駆動装置。
