Description
走行用の動力を入出力する電動機と、
前記電動機を駆動するインバータと、
前記インバータに電力を供給する蓄電装置と、
前記インバータの短絡故障を検出したときに前記インバータをシャットダウンする制御装置と、
を備える電動車両であって、
前記制御装置は、イグニッションがオンされた状態でシフトポジションがニュートラルポジションとされ、且つ、前記インバータの複数相のうちのいずれかの相に短絡故障が発生している状態で前記インバータのシャットダウンが解除されたときには、前記複数相のうちの任意の相の上下アームをオンとする第1オン制御を実行し、前記第1オン制御の実行により前記インバータに異常が検出されたときには、前記第1オン制御の際の相とは異なる相の上下アームをオンとする第2オン制御を実行する、
ことを特徴とする。
(1)トルク変換運転モード:要求動力に対応する動力がエンジン22から出力されるようにエンジン22を運転制御すると共に、エンジン22から出力される動力の全てが、プラネタリギヤ30とモータMG1,MG2とによってトルク変換されて、要求動力が駆動軸36に出力されるようにモータMG1,MG2を駆動制御するモード
(2)充放電運転モード:要求動力とバッテリ50の充放電に必要な電力との和に見合う動力がエンジン22から出力されるようにエンジン22を運転制御すると共に、エンジン22から出力される動力の全てまたは一部が、バッテリ50の充放電を伴ってプラネタリギヤ30とモータMG1,MG2とによってトルク変換されて、要求動力が駆動軸36に出力されるようにモータMG1,MG2を駆動制御するモード
(3)モータ運転モード:エンジン22の運転を停止して、要求動力が駆動軸36に出力されるようにモータMG2を駆動制御するモード
モータMG2が「電動機」に相当し、インバータ42が「インバータ」に相当し、バッテリ50が「蓄電装置」に相当し、HVECU70とモータECU40が「制御装置」に相当する。
Claims (2)
- 走行用の動力を入出力する電動機と、
前記電動機を駆動するインバータと、
前記インバータに電力を供給する蓄電装置と、
前記インバータの短絡故障を検出したときに前記インバータをシャットダウンする制御装置と、
を備える電動車両であって、
前記制御装置は、イグニッションがオンされた状態でシフトポジションがニュートラルポジションとされ、且つ、前記インバータの複数相のうちのいずれかの相に短絡故障が発生している状態で前記インバータのシャットダウンが解除されたときには、前記複数相のうちの任意の相の上下アームをオンとする第1オン制御を実行し、前記第1オン制御の実行により前記インバータに異常が検出されたときには、前記第1オン制御の際の相とは異なる相の上下アームをオンとする第2オン制御を実行する、
ことを特徴とする電動車両。 - 請求項1記載の電動車両であって、
前記制御装置は、前記インバータに異常が検出されたときには前記インバータをシャットダウンするものであり、
前記制御装置は、前記第1オン制御の実行により前記インバータに異常が検出されたときには、前記インバータのシャットダウンを解除してから、前記第1オン制御の際の相とは異なる相の上下アームをオンとする前記第2オン制御を実行する、
