Abstract
【解決手段】回転駆動される円筒筐体23でなる円筒回転部材13の内部に、押出突板部24A〜24Dにより内在する撹拌液4でなる内部循環流fを生起させ、当該内部循環流fの一部を遠心力を利用して円筒筐体23に設けた放出開口22A〜22Dから外部放出流d1〜d4のとして外部に放出させると共に、外部の撹拌液4を吸込流e1〜e3、h1〜h4として吸込開口23、30から取り込ませるようにしたことにより、撹拌液槽3内の撹拌液4を撹拌する。

Description
図1において、1は全体として撹拌装置を示し、液撹拌部2の方形形状を有する撹拌液槽3内に入れられている撹拌液4に、上方から垂直方向に円筒形状を有する撹拌機本体5が差し込まれている。
図4は第2の実施の形態の撹拌装置1を示すもので、図2との対応部分に同一符号を付して示す。
図6は第3の実施の形態を示すもので、図2との対応部分に同一符号を付して示す。
(4−1)図1〜3及び図6〜7のような嫌気性撹拌の実施の形態は、例えば製剤溶出試験装置のような高い精度を要求される撹拌槽に適用して好適であるが、撹拌装置1の適用範囲はこれに限らず、種々の用途に用いることができる。
Claims (5)
- 上端が天板によって閉塞された円筒筐体でなる円筒回転部材を、上記天板に固着された回転駆動軸によって当該円筒筐体の中心軸線を中心として回転する撹拌機本体を有し、
上記円筒回転部材は、
上記円筒筐体の周面に穿設された複数の放出開口と、
上記円筒筐体の内周面に内方に突出するように設けられた複数の押出突板部と、
上記円筒筐体の下端に設けられた吸込開口と
を有し、
上記円筒回転部材は、回転した時、上記押出突板部によって、内在する撹拌液を上記中心軸線の周りに循環させる内部循環流を生起させて当該内部循環流を形成する上記撹拌液の一部を遠心力によって上記放出開口から外部放出流として放出口から外部に放出させると共に、外部の撹拌液を上記吸込開口から吸込流として内部に取り込ませる
ことを特徴とする撹拌装置。 - 上記吸込開口として、上記円筒筐体の吸込筒部を設け又は底板がない連通孔を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撹拌装置。 - さらに上記吸込開口として、上記円筒筐体の天板に吸込開口を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の撹拌装置。 - さらに上記吸入開口として、上記回転駆動軸をパイプ状とした
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撹拌装置。 - 上記押出突板部を、上記放出開口の上記回転方向端縁に設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撹拌装置。
